The Philippine Trade Training Center an attached agency of Department of Trade & Industry, the
lead government agency tasked to promote IT and E-Commerce through training and seminars, is

The course provides the participants with no prior Flash experience the knowledge and hands-
on practice to develop efficient, compact Macromedia Flash Movies using Macromedia Flash MX,
create, import, and work with graphics, text, layers, frames, masks, symbols, libraries, and
instances, animations, tweening, motion guides, navigation buttons, simple action script
commands and sounds and video to documents and publish on the web.

- Seminar Fee of Php 2,250.00 will be charged per person to cover the cost of training
manuals, materials, meals, snacks and certificate of attendance
- Date of seminar will be on April 22-23, 2009 from 8:30AM to 5:00PM (Registration starts at
8:00 AM)
