Stagingfeesaredueandpayableinfulluponcompletionofstagingservices.

ClientAuthorizationsandConsents ClientherebyauthorizesandgrantstoHomeStagingbyMonet,anditsowners,employees andrepresentatives,permissiontoenteruponandusethePropertyforthepurposeofproviding homestagingserviceslistedherein,beginningon_________________,andcontinuingonanas neededbasisthroughthetermofthisAgreement. Clientunderstandsandagreesthatitisitssoleresponsibilitytoprotectanyandallpersonal propertythatitdeemsvaluable,thatarelocatedinorabouttheProperty.Clientagreesto removesaidvaluablemerchandiseandplacetheminsafestoragebeforethedatethatthe stagingservicesaretobeprovided.

ReleaseandIndemnification Clientunderstandsandagreesthatitisassumingresponsibilityforanyandalldamageor harm,ofanynature,kindorextent,tothepersonalpropertythatislocatedinthesubject property,includingbutnotlimitedtopropertythatitmaydeemvaluablepursuanttoparagraph4, above.HomeStagingbyMonetshallnotbeliabletotheclientoranythirdpersonorentityfor anydamages,expenses,feesorlosses("losses")arisingasaresultofitsperformanceunder thisAgreementorthehomestagingservicesthatitprovides,whetherforworkperformed,or failedtobeperformed.Furthermore,theClientagreestoindemnifyandholdHomeStagingby Monetharmlessfromandagainstanyandallliability,lossofdamagearisingfromclaims, actions,litigationoradministrativeproceedingsbroughtbythirdparties,includinghomeand/or propertyowners,arisingfromorinconnectionwiththeservicesprovidedbyHomeStagingby Monet.Theforegoinglimitationofliabilityandlossesrepresentsavalidandreasonable allocationofcommercialriskbetweentheparties. Clientfurtheracknowledgesandunderstandsthattheinstallationofmirrors,artwork,wall

hangingsandotherfurnishings(installation)duringthestagingprocesstypicallyrequireshooks and/ornailstobeplacedinthewallsoftheProperty.Uponremoval,holeswillbeleft.Any damagethatistheresultofsaidinstallationand/orremovalisthesoleresponsibilityofClient.

AccesstoProperty Clientisresponsibleforprovidingaccesstothepropertyforthetimeanddateofagreed servicesofHomeStagingbyMonet.Shouldaccessoranyaccommodationtothepropertybe deniedattimeofservice,thereforeinterferingwithcompletionofthestagingprocess,Home StagingbyMonetreservestherighttorequestreschedulingthestagingserviceandchargesa servicefeeof$75dueuponoriginalservicedate.

AbsenceofWarrantiesandGuarantees ClientunderstandsthatHomeStagingbyMonetdoesnotandcannotguaranteesuccessor anyparticularresultoroutcome.WhiletheCompanywilluseitsbesteffortstoachievea successfulresult,itdoesnotmake,conveyorextendinanymannerawarrantyorguarantee, whetherexpressorimplied,astothetimely,orotherwisesuccessfulsaleoftheProperty.

Photography&PublicityRelease ClientagreestoallowHomeStagingbyMonettophotographstagedareasoftheproperty beforeandaftertheworkiscompleted,andtouseallsuchphotographsforreferenceand marketingpurposes.ClientsnamewillnotbereferencedwithoutthewrittenconsentofClient. ClientacknowledgesandagreesthatHomeStagingbyMonetmayreasonablyadvertiseHome StagingbyMonetservicesinthePropertywhilethePropertyremainsstaged.

AdditionalTerms NothinginthisAgreementshallconstituteorbedeemedtoconstituteapartnership orjointventurebetweenthepartiesheretoorconstituteorbedeemedtoconstituteanypartythe agentoremployeeoftheotherpartyforanypurposewhatsoeverandneitherpartyshallhave authorityorpowertobindtheotherortocontractinthenameof,orcreatealiabilityagainst,the otherinanywayorforanypurpose. ThisAgreementandtherightsandobligationsofthepartieshereundershallbe

governedbyandconstruedaccordingtothelawsoftheStateofCalifornia. THISAGREEMENTCREATESOBLIGATIONSBETWEENTHEPARTIES.THECLIENT ACKNOWLEDGESTHATHE/SHEHASREADTHISAGREEMENTANDUNDERSTANDSALL OFITSTERMSANDCONDITIONS.BYSIGNINGBELOWTHECLIENTISAGREEINGTOBE BOUNDTOTHESETERMSANDCONDITIONS.CLIENTHASRECEIVEDACOPYOFTHIS AGREEMENT.
