I am the founder of the former chapter of "Orange County, CA Copwatch" and the C ypress, CA police used to stalk and

harass my headquarters. One Sunday night, a client stopped by to pick up the invoices for his tow truck company. At the time, the client was on duty, and responsible for answering call s from the emergency "call boxes" all along the 91 freeway. Upon leaving my location, (with the police waiting down the street, as usual) my client was followed out of the city, and out of the county and pulled over in h is tow truck. I followed behind 10 minutes or so later, with my video camera. While filming the incident it dawned on me that the officer was preventing my cl ient from answering his radio, despite being informed by my client that he had a dispatch coming through that he had to respond to. Then, it dawned on the officer that I had captured this on camera and he snatche d me by the arm against my will, radioed for Officer Kyle (who I swore to the Su perior Court Judge in Westminster, CA 5 days prior, would be arresting me at his first opportunity). While being arrested for "under the influence" (out of jurisdiction) I clearly d emanded that my camera be left on the sidewalk where I was handcuffed. The officers took the camera anyway and when I got it back, the entire contents had been erased. I have an official audio recording of my court transcripts where the two officer s lied under oath in a 1538.5 motion to dismiss based on illegal search and seiz ure. The judge, and everyone in the court room clearly heard the lie/contradict ions. In fact, the judge attempted to "lead" the officer into changing his statement t hree times in a row, after the officer's obvious lie. The officers lied continuously throughout the case, from the time i was stopped (two cities away, and in another county entirely), to the police report, to thei r testimony in court. But, the only proof I have is the officers incriminating themselves in the format encoded by "For the Record" software program. The progr am is a free download, but, I cannot import the audio file and change it into a format I can upload to youtube, unless I have the professional version that is a bit spendy for someone with stage 4 cancer, and in a wheelchair/disabled, such as myself. I also have the video from the police car that was edited before being released, (by whom?), because all you can hear is loud rap music from a rap radio station . I know it was edited afterwards because there was a specific DJ/talk show on t he recording, and that DJ/talk show NEVER airs on the day of the week that the v ideo was recorded. If you are not interested in adding this case to your database, can you at least help me find a way to use the audio court transcripts? In closing I would like to add that I was shocked when the DA and the Judge and my Public Pretender allowed the case against me to proceed, despite the officers clearly contradicting each other, (they both testified that I was in two places at once, an entire city and county away). And, when I took my situation to the Cypress City Council, the council violated the "Brown Act" by omitting my visit/presence/words from the public record. I am sure I am not the first, nor the last victim of Cypress corruption, that go es all the way up the line, to the mayor. Thank you for your time, Jennifer Kollert 503-442-5610
