COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR 10-639October 7, 2010 To the Honorable President and Members of the Medford City Council City Hall Medford, MA 02155 Dear Mr. President and City Councillors: I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body appropriate the sum of Fifteen Thousand, Twenty-Five Dollars, ($15,025.00) from Sewer Retained Earnings to Law Department Claims Account # 010-151-5762. This request will supplement the law department claim account for payment of a sewage backup claim. A copy of the approval of payment for this claim is attached. Prior to this transfer, Sewer Retained Earnings stands at approximately $2.5 million dollars. The year-end figures have not been finalized as of this date.
