Apply 3M Scotchkote Urethane Metal Repair RG501. Slice open the tops of both sachets of product. Push out all of the product on to mixing board, from both sachets

Manually prepare the corners of the manhole base using suitable 3M abrasives, to remove all loose debris, rust and oil, ensuring good adhesion

Using the pallet knife, thoroughly mix the black and white products together until a uniform grey is achieved

Using 3M Scotchkote 020 Cleaner, wipe the corners of the cover to remove any dirt or debris

Apply product to corners of the base allow to set for 5 minutes, until tacky

Apply 3M Scotchkote Release Agent 035 to the corners of the cover to prevent the applied resin adhering to the cover

8 mins

Tap manhole cover in place, ensuring it is level with the base. Remove cover and allow product to harden for 3-5 minutes. Replace the cover and leave for minimum 30 minutes to cure before trafficking
