NEW FEATURES/UPDATES FOR 2014-2015 APPLICATION

1. Additional Transcript upload page immediately follows the applicant transcript upload page (page 10). This page allows you to upload any additional transcripts you receive from the candidates that were not originally uploaded by the applicant. All transcripts display on the PDF view of the application after you have uploaded the documents and resubmitted the application. As in the past, official copies of transcripts will still need to be mailed to the cooperating agency. 2. Additional Letters of Recommendation upload page is the very last page of the application. This page allows you to upload any letters of recommendation received by your office that were not originally submitted online by the recommenders. The page will display on the PDF view of the application, after you have uploaded the documents and resubmitted the application, immediately preceding the letters submitted online. As in the past, official copies will still need to be mailed to the cooperating agency. 3. Additional Document upload page appears immediately after the applicant additional information page and prior to the Fulbright Office Letters of Recommendation upload page. This allows you to upload other relevant documents received from the candidates. Of course, any documents that you receive that should replace a document previously uploaded by the candidate should be uploaded into the appropriate application pages, e.g. resume or CV, new study objective or personal statement. However, do use the Additional Document page for relevant, extra information. Again, these documents will display on the PDF view of the application after you have uploaded the documents and resubmitted the application. 1. Selection Committee Advice Form (SCAF): This two-paged form has been moved to the back of the application and will now be located directly before the Additional Letters of Recommendation upload page. 2. International Fulbright Science and Technology Ph.D. Program: The program option has been removed from the preliminary questions page. 3. Test Scores: A new upload page has been added to the student application that allows candidates to upload their copies of any available score reports (examinee reports for TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.) 4. Previous US Government Sponsored Program Participation: We have added a new question to track and determine which sponsored programs are acting as feeders for the Fulbright Program. The question has been added to the Personal Information page located under the How you learned about the Fulbright Program question. 5. Support Link: Updated the support link on the upload pages for applicants so it is easier to find help with supported file formats, restrictions and other questions related to uploading documents. We hope this cuts down on the number of questions you receive on a regular basis. Please note: There is a 2MB file size limit on each upload page. When you upload a document and save the page, it exists in the application. But to have it display on the PDF view, you need to regenerate the PDF. You do this by clicking the submit application button; on the next screen click on the Finish button at the bottom of the screen, and on the next screen, click on the Close button.
