Research Procedure 1. Fine the assistance to from the research team ( two- three people) 2. Train the team members how to do the in-depth interview and observation 3. Call to the different organizations make appointment ahead 4. Prepare tool as tape recorder, pens , note books camera 5. Use the same permission letter to be the passport to enter the different organizations 6. Follow the plan 4 weeks duration for interview all the organization (not fix yet the researcher have to recheck with the potential organization if the person that she is going to interview is available) 7. Use qualitative method in-depth interview, observation
