Installation prices are based upon work being completed by ACS non-union personnel during normal working hours and days, unless otherwise agreed to between seller and purchase, with free and clear access to jobsite. Suitable opening required at time of installation. Adequate and permanent power must be available as required at time of installation for operational testing and commissioning. Electrical connection is to a junction box (provided by the purchaser) adjacent to and at the same elevation as the runway rail or beam. All wiring and materials required to connect power to the aforementioned junction box(s) are to be supplied and installed by others. Load tests according ASME B30.2 are included, but test weights, if required, to be supplied by others. The adequacy of the purchasers building or support structure for the referenced equipment is solely the responsibility of the purchaser; this includes roof, column and wall structures as well as foundations or floor.
