Your telephone number will be displayed at the left lower corner of the SingNet VoIP Communicator Home page screen upon login successfully.

Click [Settings] > [Control Panel] > [Network]. Right mouse click on [Local Area Connection] and select [Properties]. Select [General] and tick [Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)] - Refer to Figure 2

Restart your system. Your PC should now have automatically obtained an LAN IP address from the MTA's built-in DHCP server. Click [Start] > [Run], type cmd to execute command prompt screen and select OK Verify this by typing "ipconfig" at the command prompt. Take note of the Default Gateway IP Address, you need this address point to Web User Interface - Refer to Figure 4

Click on [IP Network], then [Interface Setting]. From the pull down menu, select [External Port]. Tick [Enable DHCP] under [IP Setting]. Once you tick the check box all the fields under [IP Setting will turn blank. - Refer to Figure 8 Once data has been entered, please click [Save & Reboot] button to complete the task.

Verify that [Registration Expiration Time (sec)] is 3600. Click [Save] to save the settings to the MTA.

Choose the [Line No] you would like to configure. This device comes with 2 VoIP lines; please select Line 1 or Line 2 from the drop down box. Enter the [User ID], [Password], [User Name] and [Authentication ID] in the fields. This information will be given to you. Click [Save] to save the settings to the MTA. Your device should now be able to make phone calls. If everything is set up correctly, you should have a dial tone when going offhook.
