EVENT MANAGER | BYU-IDAHO ON BEHALF OF JOURNEYS | RIGBY, IDAHO APRIL 2013-JULY 2013 Showed hard work and management skills during the coordination and production of an event for 150 disabled youth and adults in the community which provided rehabilitation therapy opportunities. Organized and gathered volunteers, supplies, and sponsors and communicated with client to ensure the event would be suitable for our clients and their needs. FULL-TIME VOLUNTEER | LDS CHURCH | NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE MARCH 2009-NOVEMBER 2010 Demonstrated patience while training volunteers which improved teamwork and increased success. Facilitated in teaching strong ethics to various groups of individuals which increased their knowledge and moral understanding.
