Guidelines for EOI

Please note: We request that 6 hard copies plus 1 (one) electronic copy of the EOI in Chinese and English which include all documents, brochures etc. should be submitted to the following address no later than 16:00 2nd July, 2007. Commitment to Long term Implementation of Wind related Education and Training Demonstration of commitment to continue high levels of education and training activities within the Wind Energy field following completion of the project. Information should also be provided to plausibly demonstrate the organization has the capacity to cost share during the project, appropriate financial structures to manage the project (eg to make international payments if/where necessary), and plan for course financing following project completion.
