    The rich are getting a lot richer, according to a report recently released byThe Boston Consulting Group. The report, Maintaining Momentum in a Complex World: Global Wealth 2013, shows that global household wealth grew by 7.8 per cent in 2012, to $135.5 trillion. That's a big jump from 2011, when it rose 3.6 per cent in the aftermath of the financial crisis. Here is a snapshots of the top 15 countries for millionaires, ranked by households with a million dollars or more in assets as a percentage of total households in the country.
