Doors, Windows & Partitions All reinforcement should be under recommendation of engineer and free from dust, rust and grease. Aluminium alloy should confirm to- BS 1474:1972 Surface treatment shall confirm to BS 1615 and BS 3987, Anodized coating thickness should be 15 +/- 5 microns, Minimum section thickness 1.6mm door frame , 1.5 mm window frame and 1.2 mm partition with all accessories.

Roofer & Roof plumber Mild steel roof truss for Zn/Al roofing 80'-0" span , 15 pitch as per detail. Rate shall include for struts and ties, gusset plates, base plates, sole plates, mild steel rag bolts, purling cleats & etc.. fabricating, transporting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying two coats of Zinc Phosphate paint Other required mild steel sections including H irons, L irons, flat irons, steel plates according to the design and other fabricated items fabricating, transporting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying two coats of Zinc Phosphate paint Supply and fix zinc alum profile roofing sheet (minimum base metal thickness of 0.4mm) and minimum thickness of 0.47mm, laid on existing purlings with joints to be properly connected with an adequate side lap to ensure water tightness long the entire length and complete to working order. (Upstair roof and ground floor back yard lean roof) Supply and lay double sided 3mm thick aluminium foil heat reflecting material to underside of roof supported with Gauge 10, 2" x 2" GI mesh. Supply and fix proprietary coated zinc alum gutter (minimum base metal thickness of sheet 0.4mm and minimum total thickness 0.47mm) complete with end caps, running joints etc. All joints to be properly connected with an adequate side laps not less than 225mm length and with sealant to ensure water tightness along the entire length of the gutter and including angle iron gutter brackets 25x25x3mm at 450mm centers with an adequate slopes directed and including application of two coats of each anticorrosive paint and enamel paint to all steel surfaces to match the gutter fix in position.( Inner size of 150mm x 175mm ) Supply and fix proprietary coated zinc alum square down pipe (minimum base metal thickness of sheet 0.4mm and minimum total thickness 0.47mm) complete with necessary socket , elbow& bend.
