♦ Joe Howlett is the exercise winner for the
month of February. Congratulations!
♦ Next Resident Council meeting will be held
on Wednesday, March 19th at 10:00 a.m. in
the Great Hall.

arrangements to move apartment furniture
prior to the carpet being shampooed.
Notices are sent one week prior to the carpet
being cleaned.
♦ Thanks to all the residents and families who
have participated in the phone and 1:1
surveys by providing more feedback in our
“opportunities for improvement” from our
2007 Resident and Family Satisfaction
Survey. We received some great sugges-
tions and some wonderful comments on the
care we provide.
