NOTICE The holder of this ticket (the Holder) is granted a revocable personal license by Angels Baseball LP (the Angels). Holder is admitted on condition, and by use of this ticket Holder agrees that: (a) Holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the game to which this ticket grants admission, including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information concerning the game (the Game Information), (b) the Angels and/or affiliated entities are the exclusive owner of all copyrights and other proprietary rights in the game and the Game Information and (c) the Angels, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Advanced Media, L.P. and each of their respective affiliates, licensees and agents shall have the unrestricted right and license to use Holder's name, likeness and/or voice in any broadcast, telecast, photograph, video and/or sound recording taken in connection with the game for all purposes and in all media known and unknown throughout the universe in perpetuity. The personal license granted by this ticket may be terminated for any reason by tendering to holder the purchase price hereof. The resale of this ticket without the prior written consent of the Angels is prohibited with the exception of the Angels Baseball Ticket Exchange or resale partners approved by Angels Baseball LP. Access to the event provided by this ticket by any person other than the original purchaser of this ticket may be denied. This ticket must not be resold or offered for resale as prohibited by any federal, state or local law or regulation. Should any person sell or offer this ticket for resale or at any price, the Angels reserve the right to terminate the license granted by this ticket. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Angels. Any such use or offer of such use will terminate the license granted by this ticket. The Angels reserve the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or eject any person who is intoxicated or whose conduct is deemed by the Angels, in their sole discretion, to be disorderly or unbecoming or who uses vulgar or abusive language. WARNING Any person using a ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incident to attending a game of baseball including events occurring before, during or after the actual playing of this game, including specifically (but not exclusively) being injured by: thrown or broken bats, thrown or batted balls, hit, thrown, dropped or launched items and projectiles, other hazards or distractions. Holder agrees that the City of Anaheim, City of Tempe, the Angels, Ticketmaster, Moreno Family Baseball, LP, Moreno Baseball, LP, Moreno Baseball Companies, Inc., the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball, participating Clubs, their agents, players and other related entities or individuals are not liable for damages or personal injuries (including death) resulting from such causes. RAIN CHECK This ticket is good only for this game. No part of the purchase price will be refunded or exchanged because holder fails to use it for this game. If a legal game is not played or is not completed, the attached coupon is valid for a subsequent regular season championship game selected by the Angels (subject to availability). It may be exchanged at the box office for an identically priced ticket, subject to availability. The published starting time of the game may be changed without notice. The Angels are not responsible for damage to, or loss of, any vehicle (or any contents therein) in the parking lot. Wheelchair-accessible locations are reserved for guests who require such an accommodation. No permanent fixed chair will be provided for these locations. Fixed companion seats are adjacent to wheelchair spaces. Should the user not require that accommodation, the Angels may exchange wheelchair tickets, subject to availability.
