SIG SpA stata fondata nel 1945 e negli anni la sua esperienza e le sue conoscenze nel campo dei nastri trasportatori ed elevatori sono cresciute ininterrottamente. In seguito ai progressi sostenuti in questi ultimi anni, abbiamo ottenuto con successo la certificazione del nostro sistema qualit ISO 9002 dal Lloyd Register. Attualmente, due linee di calandratura e quattro presse di vulcanizzazione ci consentono di produrre nastri trasportatori di larghezze fino a 2200 mm senza giunte longitudinali. I mercati principali per la SIG SpA sono miniere, centrali elettriche, acciaierie, cementifici e tutti gli impianti di movimentazione e trasporto di materiali sfusi da estrazione o semilavorati, come terminal marittimi, silos e impianti di riciclaggio. Nel campo della lavorazione del marmo e della ceramica, lesperienza acquisita in molti anni di attivit garantisce ormai un livello prestazionale del nastro MINIGRIP decisamente superiore agli analoghi nastri in PVC, sia in termini di durata che di stabilit, specialmente per situazioni gravose. SIG SpA was born on 1945 and since that year the growing of its esperience in the field of rubber conveyor and elevator belts has been in constant evolution. The effort produced particularly in the last years has permitted to obtain the certification of our quality system from the worldwide well appreciated Lloyd Register, according to the international standard ISO 9002. Nowadays, two calandering lines and four vulcanizing presses allow the production of conveyor belts up to 2200 mm wide without longitudinal joints. Primary SIG markets are minings, power stations, steel and cement works but also agricultural, bulk ports and various special applications. In the field of marble and ceramic, the experience obtained in many years of activity guarantees a quality level of MINIGRIP belt clearly higher than similar PVC products, both for lifetime and stability, expecially for heavy applications.

SIG SpA ha sido fundada en 1945 y a lo largo de los aos su experiecia y sus conocimientos en el campo de las bandas transportadoras y elevadoras han crecido incesantemente. Gracias a los progresos realizados en los ltimos aos, obtuvimos con xito la certificacin de nuestro sistema de calidad por el Lloyd Register. Hoy en dia, dos lineas de calandrado y cuatro prensas de vulcanizacin nos permiten fabricar bandas transportadoras con ancho de hasta 2200 mm, sin empalmes longitudinales. Los mercados de SIG son minas, centrales elctricas, aceras, fbricas de cemento y otras plantas de transporte de material a granel como puertos, silos y terminales para tratamiento de risiduos. En el trabajo del marmol y de la cermica, la experiencia madurada durante muchos aos de actividad garantiza un nivel de prestacin de la banda MINIGRIP considerablemente superior a las bandas en PVC, tanto en duracin como en estabilidad, especialmente para aplicaciones pesadas.

La superficie corrugata dei nastri MINIGRIP realizzata con una speciale mescola in gomma che assicura alta stabilit, elevata adesione del materiale da lavorare e lunga durata. I nastri MINIGRIP dispongono inoltre di uno speciale tessuto strisciante a basso coefficiente dattrito e di una costruzione della carcassa tessile finalizzata alla minimizzazione delle vibrazioni sul nastro e allincremento della resistenza ai tagli e agli strappi. The corrugated surface of MINIGRIP belts is realized with a special rubber compound that assures high stability, superior adhesion of the material to be worked and extra long lifetime. MINIGRIP belts have a special low friction sliding fabric and are characterized by a textile carcass construction assuring minimum vibrations on the belt, superior stability and high resistance against cut and tear. Per ottenere le migliori prestazioni dai nastri MINIGRIP, di fondamentale importanza la realizzazione di giunzioni vulcanizzate estremamente accurate, specialmente in termini di spessore. Viceversa, si possono avere malfunzionamenti della macchina e conseguente rottura delle piastrelle. Suggeriamo pertanto che la chiusura ad anello del nastro venga effettuata da nostri distributori autorizzati. To obtain the best performances of MINIGRIP belts, it is very important to realize the joints with high accuracy, expecially concerning the thickness. On the contrary, it can cause bad functioning of the machine with consequent breaking of the tiles. For this reason, we suggest to use our authorized dealers to have the belts joined in endless lenght. Para obtener las mejores prestaciones de la banda MINIGRIP, resulta muy importante realizar empalmes de manera precisa, sobre todo en su espesor. De lo contrario, se podran producir problemas de funcionamiento y rotura del material a trabajar. Por esto, SIG aconseja la realizacin del empalme por parte de distribudores autorizados.
