The following scope of supply covers the minimum technical requirements for the supply of: Open Drain Tank Electric Immersion Heater (02H-6120) (To be mounted on N4 of Open Drain Tank) Closed Drain Vessel El electric Immersion Heater (02H-6010A/B) (To be mounted on N8A/N8B of Closed Drain Vessel) Test Separator Electric Immersion Heater (02H-1031A/B) (To be mounted on N8/N9 of Test Separator) Conforming to all attached specifications, drawings, data sheets and documents as stated in Section 1.Technical Data. The Immersion Heater shall be supplied in separate packages for specific service applications which are detailed in the Project Datasheets. The VENDORs scope shall include design, materials procurement, fabrication, inspection, testing, painting, documentation and preparation for shipment for the supply of Electric Immersion Heater. Each of the Electric Immersion Heater package shall be complete with all items within the package limit specified on the P&ID, and comprise but not limited to the following equipment and requirements. Priced list of recommend spare parts for 2 years operation (Separate optional quotation)
Together with the Tender, a list of deviations or exceptions to this Specification referenced Project Datasheets and Drawings. The VENDOR shall be responsible to submit all information requested, including a list of any exceptions and non-conformities to the specifications listed herein. In the absence of any exceptions, it will be construed that the VENDOR fully complies with this Specification. The scope of supply for Electric Immersion Heaters is further detailed in the Project Datasheets. The PURCHASER shall indicate the package envelope and interface points in the bid documents, and no changes shall be made unless by mutual agreement. The equipment shall be delivered in the minimum practical number of assemblies and to suit transportation and receipt at site Vendor shall duly complete and return all datasheets with their tender.

Copy of documents shall accompany shipment. VENDOR to propose techniques. Indicate size of container, number, weight, identification and contents, include detailed preservation procedure detailing inspection periods, materials required, etc. both prior to installation and post installation but prior to commissioning. Any special unpacking / handling requirements shall be stated. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) shall be included. Export Control Compliance Number (ECCN) documents shall be included if applicable for shipment. VENDOR to provide typical packing list with bid proposal.
