I/2 Section Combined Recruitment for Assistant Grade III (General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres) in FCI, 2013 - Declaration of the result of Paper I Combined Recruitment for Asstt. Grade III in General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres in FCI, 2013 was held on 10.11.2012 and 11.11.2012 at various centres all over the country. Against 15,11,042 registered candidates, 9,55,918 candidates actually appeared in this examination. Following are the details of candidates provisionally qualified for appearing in PaperII/ Paper III in the Combined Recruitment for Asstt. Grade III (General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres) in the FCI, 2013. 2. Categorywise details of candidates and cut off applied are as under:

Note1 : In addition to the number of UR candidates, 12807 OBC, 4194 SC and 1128 ST candidates are provisionally qualifying at standards fixed for UR category subject to meeting age limit and other criteria for UR category. Note 2 : There are 20,392 candidates common between List I and II

The above said lists are purely provisional and subject to the recommended candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective post in the Notice of Examination and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures, handwritings, etc., on the application forms, admission certificates, etc. The candidature of the candidates are liable to be cancelled by respective Regional Directors/Deputy Directors in case candidates are found not fulfilling eligibility conditions or any other genuine reasons, including but not limited to resorting to unfair means. 2/-

The above results are based on data relating to category and post preferences sent by Regional Office of the Commission and are subject to verification of their options furnished in the Application Form. Inclusion of any candidate in any of the list of the post for which he/she has not opted will not confer any right on his/her consideration for any post for which he/she had not exercised option. Candidates for whom blank post preferences were received in the data from regional offices have been considered against all posts. Regional offices shall call such candidates for paper II/ III based on the actual options exercised by them. 5. It is important for the candidates belonging to reserved category for whom certain percentage of vacancies is reserved as per the policy of the Government, to note that some of them may have been declared eligible for the Paper-II/Paper-III Examination for the specific category mentioned in the result. It is, therefore, in the interest of the candidates concerned to contact immediately the respective Regional Offices of the Commission in all such cases where they do not belong to the categories shown against their roll numbers. Candidates whose name and Roll No. do not match should also bring such mismatch to the notice of concerned Regional Offices for detailed examination. Candidates meeting the cut off for a particular post have been considered for those posts based on the Options exercised by them in their application form. 6. Candidates may note that as per notice of the examination and instructions given in the answer sheets, they were required to code/write their particulars correctly and sign answer sheets. Such answer sheets which are without signature/LTI and where particulars such as name, roll number, ticket number and Test Form number have been written and/or coded incorrectly, have been rejected/awarded ZERO marks. 7. Candidates who have qualified in Paper-I of above examination are thus eligible for appearing in Paper-II/Paper-III of the said Examination which is scheduled to be held on 03.02.2013. Qualified eligible candidates who do not receive the Admission ticket for PaperII/Paper-III of the said Examination within 2 or 3 days before the date of the said examination should immediately contact the respective Regional Office of the Commission. Representations received from candidates about incorrect questions and their answer in the question papers used by the Commission in this examination have been carefully examined and marks moderated suitably.

The list of candidates qualified for Paper II & III is available on the Commissions website: http//ssc.nic.in, without prejudice to such action as the Commission may take against candidates primafacie found to have indulged in malpractices as per post examination analysis carried out by the Commission. The marks of Paper-I of all candidates will be placed on the website shortly.
