OJT PORTFOLIO

I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I learn a lot from my Experience as an On the Job Trainee of Department of Social Welfare and Development. Im so very Grateful that they expose me so much on what I must regarding the work which suit my course. I actually learned how to sacrifice a lot of things, I hardly have time for anything else even on weekends, Im in the Office. I was working with the same member of staff for t whole day and I believe that I interacted well with here even though I had only worked with her for a short time. Ive noticed that there are still other things that I have to improve one of It is my verbal communication. Though I have Enough confidence yet there are times that Im having a hard time on expressing my self, my thought with others because I dont exactly know how am I going to say it in a way that the listener could easily understand it and get my point .

II. INTRODUCTION The everyday experiences I had in this company are really most treasured. I didn't know how come I was able to adopted the lifestyle in cooperate world. People that I worked with really fun . There so professional I have met a lot of friends. While in the working area I was able to show my respect from high positioned personnel until the lowest one like security guard and utilities. Im very careful creating a good impression with others knowing that Im not using my name but also name of my School and Im really proud of it! If Im going to look back on what I am before I could say that now I am someone that is more competent. I accept critics opinions and consider it as a positive way of giving my self a motivation to become Better.
