The need to act after our own values and faith

Definition: is a necessity of every individual to measure its own actions and gestures corresponding with their own concept of good or evil, of justice and after its own ideology. Independence in fulfilling the need Commonnesses : The human being is not isolated, she is always in interaction with the other individuals, with the cosmic life or with the divine; The conception about the world defines a deep human need. There are optimistic or negative conceptions, there are also ethical and moral conceptions; The culture represents its beliefs and preaches shared by people and they are passed-on generation by generation; The anthropology scientists divide the culture in a material one and a nonmaterial one; The material culture consists in clothing, art, religion, utensils for eating and all the ways to use them; The nonmaterial culture consists in beliefs, habits, language, social institutions. The mankind has different ethnic groups and the ethnic groups have different cultures. The big cultural groups can have cultural subgroups or subsystems. A subculture is usually made from people that have an distinct identity and also they are related to a bigger cultural group. A subculture can have its ethnicity or common physical characteristics with a bigger cultural group. Examples of cultural subgroups there are occupational subgroups (nurses), social subgroups (women) and ethnical subgroup s (Romanians, French, English ).

Factors that influence the fulfillment of the need: a) Biological factors: Corporal gestures and attitudes; b) Psychological factors: Searching the meaning of life and death; The desire to communicate with the divine; Emotions, impulses; c) Sociological factors: Culture; Religion; Religious beliefs and their connection with health-care: Agnosticism and atheism: They doubt the existence of God and even if they believe it wasnt proofed (agnostic);

Bahai:

They deny the existence of God; The monarchism beliefs in only one God;

They pray during illness; It is allowed alcohol, drugs, and medical assistance;

Baptism: They believe in healing the sick persons by touching the hands; They believe in cure without medical therapy(few); Most of then seek medical help; They dont have restriction to medicines, blood, vaccination, biopsy, amputation, transplant, autopsy; When a sick person is in the last stage the artificial life-support is not welcomed; The dead persons are buried; They dont drink alcohol and coffee;

Buddhism: They avoid medication, blood and vaccination; They dont admit to kill someone only if the person is really sick; In certain cases the abortion is allowed; They agree with burying or incinerate the dead persons; Religious songs at the dead persons bed-side are often practiced; The cleanliness is very important; They dont practice dietetic restrictions; Some members are strictly vegetarians; Many dont use tobacco, alcohol and drugs;

Orthodox: The Russian orthodox dont agree with the autopsy and with the donation of a body-part; The Greeks are against abortion; They agree with longing the life in a terminal faze; They dont have medical restrictions;

Anglican: Without restriction when it comes to drugs, blood, vaccination, biopsy, transplant, amputation; The marriage and children are not allowed when one of the partners are physical or mentally sick Children are baptized at 6-8 weeks of age;

Mormons: They dont have restrictions for medical therapy; Coffee, alcohol and tea are forbidden; The pork meat is less eaten;

Pentecostals: Islamic: They are not allowed to eat pork meat; Some of them are against alcohol; They practice circumcision; The cleanliness is very important; They sustain maintaining the life in the terminal faze; They are sustained not to drink, smoke or eat animals unless its strangled; Some of them dont eat pork meat;

Catholic: They usually accept all the medical procedures; They accept the transplant, biopsy and amputation; The abortion is denied; They dont eat meat on some holydays;

The army of savior: They dont have medical restrictions;

Adventists: Hindi: They dont eat cow meat; Some are strictly vegetarian; They are not allowed to consume alcohol, tobacco, narcotics; Most of them dont eat meat; Saturday is holyday; They agree with transfusion, vaccination, medicines; The abortion is allowed only if the mothers life is in danger or if it occurred an incest; The therapeutic abortion is considered a way to save a life; In the other cases the abortion is not allowed; Some members dont eat meat in the days of Friday;
