IMPORTANT NOTES: a) Attendance shall be counted immediately from Week 1 in every trimester. Any absence from class, without valid reasons and evidence will be recorded and students who failed to achieve 80% of the attendance will be barred from sitting the final examination. b) Students are advised to attend all classes while waiting for Supplementary Examinations result and the result of appeal for reinstatement (if any). Should the attendance is not satisfactory; the faculty has the right to decline the approval of the subject registration.

If we did not receive any feedback from student by this date, the faculty will decide on the subject to be dropped. 18 June: Printing Result Slip for Trimester 3 Final Examination - OPEN 21 June : Re marking Application Ends (Strictly for student who sat for SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION only) 21 June: Last day to Appeal for Reinstatement (Strictly for student who sat for SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION only) REMINDER (Strictly for student who sat for SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION only) : The complete forms of the above should reach ERU latest by 21 June. SUBJECT REGISTRATION CONFIRMED : ANY APPEAL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED PLEASE CHECK YOUR SUBJECT REGISTRATION Full-time students who are not on probation can take a maximum of 20 credit hours and a minimum of 3 subjects and a maximum of 10 credit hours in a 14 lecture-week trimester

A student who is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree shall only be allowed to register a maximum of 18 credit hours and a minimum of 3 subjects in the 14 lecture-week trimester Probation student will only be allowed to take a maximum of 12 credit hours. 2 July : Student Status Checking ( Student Status : ACTIVE however did not register any subject)

ERU will generate the list of students who have not registered for any subject in this trimester but at the same time, their status is still "ACTIVE". Should you are in this category, you are required to take action as per stated below: a) Should you are not able to register a subject due to financial problem, medical problem, academic problem etc - kindly consult the Counselor at STAD Office. Later you may be required to apply for Leave of Absence. The last date to apply for Leave of Absence for this trimester is on 19 July 2013. b) Should you are not interested to continue your studies at MMU, you may apply for withdrawal of studies. The withdrawal form can be obtained from Student Service Center (SSC).
