It is mos st often used for r medium-to o-large tech hnical or sci ientific docu uments but it can be us sed for almo ost any form of f publishing g. LaTeX is not a word processo or! Latex Thesis writ ting can be a hard task. . One conce ern is to present the wo ork in a prof fessional and con nsistent for rmat. For th his purpose e, one cann not help pr raising the Latex type e setting softwar re which is widely w used d in the math hematical and a scientific communi ity. Latex was created by Leslie Lam mport. Altho ough the big ggest advan ntage of Lat tex is its use in ty ypesetting mathematic m al symbols and formulas, it also gives a much h more prof fessional output t than many other text-p processing software programs. This is only realised when w one wants to o maintain consistency c y in a thesis or automatically gener rate content ts, index, references etc. The ere are man ny advantag ges of Latex x such as be eing able to o typeset in various lan nguages.
