Cable - Pricing in Deliveries

Purpose
This document describes a possibility to add or change pricing conditions during delivery processing. During delivery processing it could necessary to add pricing conditions, respectively freight conditions. If you enter or change pricing conditions in the delivery they are copied into the billing document. Conditions entered in the sales order are overwritten. You have the possibility to: Enter a freight condition Enter a surcharge for freight on header level

Users
The scenario can be run with a predefined user ID. This is an option if you dont want to create an individual ID via self-service in SAPNET. Prerequisites

Pricing in Deliveries
You are logged on the R/3 system with user ID MILL_DEMO and password welcome. 1. In the R/3 system choose Logistics Logistics Execution Outbound Process Goods Issue for Outbound Delivery Outbound Delivery Change Single Document. Or use transaction code VL02N. 2. To add a surcharge for freight on header level choose Goto Header Conditions. 3. On the Outbound Delivery < number> Change: Header Details screen, enter the following data either for the freight condition or surcharge for freight on header level: 4. Field CnTy Amount Crcy CnTy Amount Crcy 5. Choose Field Pricing type 7. Choose 8. Choose . . Update. Data B Carry out new pricing Data US Data EU HD00 0,3 EUR M001 100 EUR

6. On the dialog box choose following data:

Result
Conditions have been added and will be copied into the billing document.

Example
The customer has decided to get the material via express with short notice. A surcharge for express can be entered on item level. This can be a fixed amount or could depend on the weight of the entire delivery.
