Ensure that all the operatives are competent to handle electrical supply and work with the electrical DBs.

Alignment of chillers

Poor alignment or balancing of the chillers in the foundation leads to vibration and noise cause irritation to the workers in and around. Poor method of balancing the plant leads to minor cut injuries to the operatives. 1-6

Ensure that the competent electrical supervisor shall be closely monitoring. 2 8 16(R3) M Ensure appropriate tools and methods are used for alignment. All the operatives are provided ear plug or ear muff.
