INTRODUCTION
This group assignment is one of the incentives to improve our knowledge about Management definition. Each of us has to go and meet with 15 different managers at different companies and surrounding. Along doing this assignment, we managed to interview and experienced a lot of things when dealing with various kind of manager and their perspectives about being a manager. Moreover, we also get to know about their job scope in real situations in current world. Some of them have wonderful stories whereas some are not. Like commonly known, every success does not come without any challenges, so did five of us. Some obstacles have been detected such as time constraint, last minutes cancelations with manager appointment and money consuming. But, that is only the part of interviewing, not including some bumps among us such as coming late during group discussion, some of us staying in different block, unpredictable weather and so on. However, we like to show our gratitude and special thanks to our lecturer MGT 2010, Dr Dolhadi for his guidance and support us to make this group assignment finish. We would loves to honoured for those people who involved with this assignments directly or indirectly, our parents, the employees of the organizations and the work place, our fellow friends in term of times, money and energy. MANAGERS PERSPECTIVE
Question 1 Describe manager perceptions (thoughts, attitudes) of the word management before first studied a course in Management?

Manager 1 Encik Rusli Luwi as a Building Manager of DTZ Nawawi Tie Leung He said that the first comes from his mind when talk about management is to allocate resource, property, and to manage staff.Besides, if the company is about to manage building, then manager should know how to manage what inside the building, not only to manage people.

Manager 2 Encik Khairul Azmil Bin Muhammad Fuad as Fasilities Manager of Minda Waja- He said that the word Management is about to manage, to handle and be a problem solver in the organization or company. Other than that, manager has to lead their employee and become a manager.

Manager 3 Encik Amiruddin Bin Mohd Nor as an Assistant Operation Manger of Summit Subang USJ-He said that the word management is to achieving what the company target by maximizing product and minimizing cost. In addition it is about to manage people and how to deal with them.

Manager 4 Mrs.Kee Hui Wen as Supervisor at Surprise and Joy SDN BHD (S & J) said that management is difficult to learn because it more about experience. For good management, that person has to be positive and management also related to many things such as time management, selfmanagement and people. For managing people, we suppose to understand each other.

Manager 5 Mrs.Ho Lee Yap as Supervisor at Success Fashion SDN BHD (F.O.S) has simple perception about management which is management is about communication with people. For example, in workplace, she has communication with staff and customer.

Manager 6 Puan Hamidah Hashim as Second Executive (Division Leader) at Home Fashion, Jaya Jusco (AEON) thought that management is divided by two, time and work. For example, in time management, how we manage our time properly to complete task required. In addition, in work management, how we manage our customer, staff, things, store and flow of sales area. Manager 7 Based on the surveys that had been conduct, even though most of them work at the same place, which is RHB Bank Berhad, but every manager has different perceptions about the meaning of Management before they learn even deeper about this course.

Puan Datin Rosmah binti Haji Abu Bakar, hold a position as Branch operator manager (BOM) at RHB Bank Berhad said that, management is about managing the work, time and staff in accordance with their environments.

Manager 8 Puan Suzana Bt Abd Rashed, hold a position as Assistant Branch Manager clearly mentioned that she has no idea what is Management is.

Manager 9 Puan Saadiah Bt Jalil as a Customer service Officers (CSO) also has no idea about what management is, just like the answer at the above.Probably, these matters happen because they lack of management background and probably they took different courses during studying in Institutions. In contrast, Puan Datin Rosmah has some knowledge about Management due to her passion and job scope.

Manager 10 Encik Abdul LatifAyob as a FOL Section Manager at Polar Twin Advance Sdn. Bhd. He thought that management is something that we have to look ahead and plan to achieve the goal or target or what so call a mission to accomplish by the end of the day. He thinks that manager has to control and manage the down line execution and issue, including discipline.

Manager 11 EncikOngWengKheng which is the engineer or the head of mould section in ElnaPcb(m) Sdn.Bhd. He thinks that management is the act or manner of managing, handling, direction, and controlling skill

Manager 12 Mrs. Sherry Lau hold a position as a head of film section at Elnapcb(m) Sdn. Bhd. From her perceptions, she thought that the word management refers to the way how we manage, control, and conduct our organizations in order to be the best organizations.

Manager 13 Madam Husnamaria binti Hussain, Principle of Mahallah Maryam, Centre for Foundation Studies International Islamic University Malaysia, Gombak campus said her perception of the word management before she first study course in management are management will only teach us how to manage people. Manager 14 Mr. Azman, Managing Director of Mr Tandoor Restaurant said that before he study about the management, he thought that management is course that teach us how to manage our daily life and being a discipline people. Manager 15 Mr. Ashraf bin Haji Mahamad, Marketing Manager at Waqec Stationeries said that he does not have any perception or thought about management before he learnt the course.

Summary on Question 1 Based on the answers that have been collected on 15 differences Managers, basically, they believe that the meaning of Management before they learn about it, it is an organization to attain desirable goals. Moreover, they mentioned that Management is not easy to learn because mostly it depends more on experiences and issues certain aspects such as times, their self, social, communications, and understanding people. At some point, some of them believe management is about the act of manner of managing, handling, direction and controlling skill. Thus, manager is not only to manage people, but they also need to lead their employees and be a problem solver. They also think how to allocate their resources, budget management, property, quality and target company. Other than that, they had to lead their employees in order to achieve the company target or be a leader on their organization. Question 2 In what way has manager perception changed after studying the first course?

Manager 1 Manage people wisely then they can do many things to you as a manger.

Manager 2 Starting from subordinate and after that become a leader to manager the whole company. This is a valuable experience as he knows how low level worker do their jobs.

Manager 3 It is not only things that they manage but the crucial one is manage people because when manager have a good deals with subordinates, then they automatically manage the job without waiting on manager instruction. It is because they already know what they have to do. Depends on company objective

Manager 4 After she went to management seminar, she learns a lot of things such as to be a better manager, that person should have balance in IQ (intellectual), EQ (emotion), and SQ (social). For emotion

part, manager should know how to control their feeling in various conditions. She also thinks that team management is important for work. Supervisor and employees should co-operate each other in order to achieve goal. They also have to understand each other and will to lend their ears to hear people problems.

Manager 5 No idea (she does not know how to explain it)

Manager 6 After she got training by her company, she could understand management detail .She realize that she could not take easy about management and in management she should be open minded towards staff and customer. Furthermore, she knows how to face problem with staff and customer. Manager 7 This manager does not give any answer, they just leaves the answers blanks and proceed with the next questions. Manager 10 He did not take any course on management, and after taking over the position, what he thinks before is not the only scope to look into. For him, any events and activities that happening around, the end results should have profit and lost. What is important for him is achieving the mission. She mentioned that she has no idea what management is. Manager 13 She said that her perception changes after studied the first course because management deals with many other things like people, time, material and other resources. Manager 14 He does not have any comments about this. Manager 15 His perceptions changed after studied the first course because management teaches him the way to manage the business.

Summary on Question 2 Most of them do not have any basic in management, but after taking over the position, the company send them to attend seminar about management. In addition, employees had been sent to practical training and of course their perception about management is change not only focus to limited scope. In other point, some of the managers that are from subordinate then they become a leader to manage the whole company in order to achieve company target. Other than that, they had to face a risk for example an emergency case like staff problem. Managers have to take care of their belonging including customer, staff, property and what more important they have to maintain their profit by maximizing their productivity and at the same time minimizing the cost. Furthermore, manager have to be open minded and try to hear others opinion, understand their staff and customer wisely.

Question 3 How beneficial is knowledge on Management to manager work then as executive/manager? Please explain two benefits.

First Benefit

Manager 1 Learn how to manage people, things properly for example when company has a business deal with high level people their expectation is different as compared to low level people.

Manager 2 Learn how to manage and handle staff/subordinates.

Manager 3 Management skill cannot easily get by only reading the books, it is based on experience by stage and depends on environment how manager should act.

Manager 4 She could manage and settle problems such as she can control her emotion towards staff and customer.For example, if customer mad about something, she as supervisor could not get mad to that customer but try to understand the customers feeling.

Manager 5 She is able to manage daily operation properly. Manager 6 She learns how to have good relationship with her staffs.Being friendly with them, so staffs will like to work with her and they will show better performance. In addition, she does not build a gap between executive and staff so, she treats them as family.

Manager 7 Working together to achieve common goal.

Manager 8 This manager just leaves the answers blanks and proceeds with the next questions.

Manager 9 Shows how the supervisor arranges and direct their sub-ordinates to manage the job

Manager 10 He explains the benefits of being the manager. He state that manager can know the pro and con of each decision made, and compare the result at the end of the assignment

Manager 11 The first benefit is manager know how to develop a culture that harnesses the know-how and experience of his employee

Manager 12 The first benefit she explain is she can manage the organization one to one according to the time period given. Manager 13 Management teaches her how to manage her staffs which are her subordinates and how to handle them effectively and efficiently

Manager 14 Management teaches him how to manage and plan the business

Manager 15 Management gives him the knowledge on how to control, delegate and manage subordinates.

Second Benefit

Manager 1 Perform well in organization, and of course experience is the best teacher.

Manager 2 Learn and manage financial of the company.

Manager 3 People satisfaction prove how does the manager act, if it is not satisfied by people then manager has to improve his or her work.

Manager 4 She knows how to manage team work. Do not keep a gap between senior and junior in organization. Communication skill is important in team work such as speak to each other nicely. In team work also, supervisor have to hear other opinions or ideas

Manager 5 No idea

Manager 6 She could handle her employees such as control their activity during working hour to ensure that they did their job. Other than that, she could apply knowledge on management in her family, colleagues.

Manager 7 Managing the work efficiency so they can strive for the better result

Manager 9 They are capable to finish the work given before the dateline. Manager 10 The second benefit is manager can understand better after all data and information of each success and failure. They also will know better good and bad during the execution. Manager 11 Other benefit is he can gather and distribute information and knowledge to your internal and external organization. Manager 12 Second benefit is about how she applied the management concept in order to handle variety of project given as best as she can since it is part of her responsibilities.

Manager 13 It also help her how to be a successful leader

Manager 14 It also gives the ideas how to gain higher profits. Manager 15 Management also gives him the idea to make a rational decision.

Summary on Question 3 We receive various answer of the benefit of knowing the knowledge on management but we only describe two major benefits. First benefit is handling with people or subordinates. People satisfaction is important for manager because when they dealing with people they intend to have positive respond from customer and if they make a business with a big company their expectations will be different. Furthermore, they manage to spend their time wisely and able to accomplish the work given on time, plus experience of teamwork is implemented to every employee to become more discipline and knows their organization goals by comparing the result

at each of decision made. Besides, work as team is more efficient as compared to individual work and teamwork also is very essential as it will make organization system run smoothly. The other benefit is manager can understand better about all data and information of each success and failure, good and bad execution. By understand all the data, manager will know the pro and con of each decision made and compare the result at the end of each assignment. At the end, the information and knowledge will be distribute and gather to the internal and external organization. Besides, even the manager has no basic in accounting or anything else about financial, manager have to learn how to manage the financial of the company. As a result, manager is not easy to be cheated by others.

Manager 3 Package and salary as a manager makes this manager willing to be a manager although they have a lot of work to concern and do. This manager gives (5)

Manager 4 Agree 4. From her rationale, because she like to be manager as it have more authority. Actually, she prefers to be a boss as she hope to have her own business one day. So, being manager could train her to manage organization

Manager 5 Agree 4. If she was given an opportunity to be a manager, she will try it first

Manager 6 Agree 4.Based on her rationale, she want to have better job which good salary in the future. She had added some opinion that either to be executive or supervisor, it is according to persons target in their work life.

Manager 7 This manager has no idea, but basically shes explaining her rationale by knowing their standard and goal, and work towards the standard set, supervise their team according to their strength and capabilities and lastly, work in a group by discussing regularly thru brain storming session.

Manager 8 This manager prefers to be supervisee rather than being manager, but she did not state any explanation about it.

Manager 9 According to the scale, she agrees to be a supervisee as well.

Manager 10 He just likes to be as a manager, referring to his scale. His rationale is he having the opportunity to learn how others work and getting the result at the end of the day. Manager 11 He wants to be an executives but he do not give his rationale on his answer. Manager 12 She prefers to be a superior manager because she doesnt want to just at the same level, she want to be better in the future. Manager 13 She chooses to be a superior supervising a number of subordinates because subordinates will follow the instruction but managers are not easy following others instructions since they are also leaders.

Manager 14 He chooses to be a superior supervising a number of subordinates because it is easier to control the subordinates than managers. Manager 15 He chooses to be a superior supervising a number of subordinates due to less stress.

Summary on Question 4

Based on interview with all 15 managers, mostly, they choose to be manager (agree 4). There are many rationale reasons that make them to be a manager. The first reason is characteristic of being manager. They more interest to manage people than to be managed. They also have highest satisfaction on being manager. As a result, they can perform well on their job scope. Moreover, they have more authority as a manager. So, they can delegate their workload to the people below them (employee). In addition, they earn more salary at average RM4000. Although, they have to work hard as a manager but the salary that they gain could fulfil their needs.

Question 5 In your opinion, what may be the greatest challenge faced by a manager in the workplace? Manager 1 As a manager, there are lot of challenges and on their field that make them to deal with so many people, things and ideas. There is not lot of problem in organization.

Manager 2 This manager response is to handle workload, to manage finance and staff and at the same to solve problem in immediate action.

Manager 3 One of the greatest challenges is external problem within the staff and employee. For example, experiences staff has been offered to join the other company and they are willing to give high salary and others benefit. Current manager has dilemma and at last he decide to let the staff go other company. After that, the manager hires three (3) potential staff with the same salary with one experience staff. Manager has to solve the problem in immediate action.

Manager 4 Special relationship (love) among staffs, she does not like to interrupt in people privacy.

Manager 5 Some staffs are lack of discipline and attitude. Employees come late to workplace and some of them become rude and not respect their manager or supervisor.

Manager 6 The challenge for her is to achieve companys target in profit and loss. Besides, sometimes there are not enough employees to handle problem together.

Manager 7 The greatest challenge faced by manager is the employees do not give support and probably objection towards the proposal

Manager 8 The challenge is to manage people with different problem and come out with the solution.

Manager 9 The challenge is to handle the staff and sub-ordinates to achieve desirable goals.

Manager 10 The greatest challenge by him is the acceptance of subordinate of command and request to be done in a given time frame.it is also about the acceptance of the result by the top management of the company.

Manager 11 He said that resolving conflict is the greatest challenge faced by him.

Manager 12 She has to face with many people especially the staff with various type of behavior. Some of them always give many reasons when they do unsatisfaction thing they had done.

Manager 13 She said that the greatest challenge faced by a manager in the workplace is in managing subordinates.

Manager 14 His opinions about the greatest challenge faced by manager in the workplace are when the managers want to give direction to the subordinates and how to make the staffs obey to the instructions without any objections. Manager 15 The greatest challenge faced by manager in the workplace is when he wants to give the report to the top management every year and when he delegate job to his subordinates.

Summary on Question 5

In manager point of view, they always face difficulties because it is on their field to deal with people and property. One of the challenges is to fulfil company needed in terms of profit and loss. For example, within one month the company want to achieve profit RM100,000 at the same time the company will estimate the loss. Other than that, managers have to face emergency cases that forced them to solve it in short time. For instance, company not receive their goods by date, so they cannot run their business because an expected event happened. Other example is they have to face problem in acceptance of subordinate of command and request to be done in a given time frame. However, managers have to face the acceptance of the result by the top management either their employees work have been accepted or rejected. Last but not least, managers have problem with their staff in terms of attitude such as discipline problems. Some employees not punctual and it will create problem in their organization. As a consequence, managers have to take right action toward their employees. Besides, some workers do not respect their manager as their boss. They prefer to be rude, and ignore their managers instruction.

STUDENTS PERSPECTIVE
Question1 Describe your perceptions (thoughts, attitudes) of the word management before you first studied MT2010 Management in your degree program? Student A (Ansarina Bt Mohamed) Management is a reading subject and need more time to remember all the concepts and theories within the topic. In addition, of course I think that this subject will cover about whole part of management, from a planning process until how to be a good manager. Sometimes this subject realizes me how hard to face a real job when I graduated, this is only theory and of course it is different from what we have learned in class.

Student B (Izzati Aisyah Bt Madzlan) From my perception, management is general and it is much related to our daily life. For example, management in time for pray, study and other. Furthermore, management also exists in family, how the parents manage their children especially in the challenging world.

Student C (Aimi Nursyameem Bt Sohaimi) My first perception about Management before I learned about it is about organizing structure of any organization goals. Student D (Hafizah Bt Othman) Management is about control and conducts our organization properly. It is not only in company organization, but also for family institution. Student E (Nadia Thaherah Bt Mohd Ezlan) Management is the subject that full of theories and concepts that difficult to understand for me and majority of students. It is full of the steps on how to manage the business well and systematic. It teaches the students how to become a successful entrepreneur.

Summary on Question 1
Our perception about the definition of Management before we learn about it is all about organize, planning and control the organizations to achieve goals. We also believe that management involve with concept and theories, directly related with our daily life dealing with obstacles and finding the solutions of the problems. Managers basically have to be more innovative and be creative to handle with organizations and customers need.

Question 2 In what way has your perception changed after studying the course for __ weeks?

Student A (Ansarina Bt Mohamed) Before studying this subject I thought this subject only focuses on how to manage the organization or company not only to handle people. In this course, it touch about technical skill, human skill and soft skill and other personal decision making such as analytical, behavior, conceptual and directive. This subject also covers all part of management process, from set the target until how to survive in a contingency event and emergency event.

Student B (Izzati Aisyah Bt Madzlan) After I have been study management around eleven weeks, I realize management needed more professional skill in human, technical and conceptual. So, my perception changed that management is not only about knowledge but also about experience. It is due to management have many theories that relate to real life and for me to understand better all these theories, I have to relate it in my life.

Student C (Aimi Nursyameem Bt Sohaimi)

Basically, nothing change much because before this, I know management is about organize, planning, leading, and controlling input resources efficiently and effectively to attain any desirable goals.

Student D (Hafizah Bt Othman) It is clearly show that management is about planning, leading, organizing, and controlling. Managers have to understand the best decision they have to make either it is wrong or not. They have to set plan and set goals and define how the way they have to achieve them. Student E (Nadia Thaherah Bt Mohd Ezlan) My perceptions changed after studied the course for 11 weeks because I knew that studying management is not only about the theory but can be practiced in our daily life. We also can apply what we learnt in the course when we are planning, organizing, leading and controlling the organization. I learnt how to be a good person in making decision, how to understand people and manage time wisely.

Summary on Question 2
Firstly, we like management subject because of our lecture are so kind-hearted but he in a serious manners. It is because, he make us realizes that management is not only when we go to work in organization but family planning is part of management too. It relates on our daily life unconsciously. Students need to apply various skills for example human skill, technical skill and conceptual skill.

Question 3 How beneficial is knowledge on Management subject to your life as a student? Explain by giving two benefits only.

First Benefit
Student A (Ansarina Bt Mohamed) After graduate and want to start a career I can choose either I want to manage people or to be managed by others. As for me who have basic in management I have a bit understanding and basic about this course theoretical and can apply what I have learnt when I start to work in organization although the real work is different from what I have study now.

Student B (Izzati Aisyah Bt Madzlan) I could apply human skill in my life as a student as I am weak in this skill, so management show me how to improve myself in this skill. For me, human skill is very essential because in our life we will meet many people with various behaviour, race and religion.

Student C (Aimi Nursyameem Bt Sohaimi) I have my own goals and I know how to achieve it. Management help me to improve my productivity and performance, thus helping me to get good grades.

Student D (Hafizah Bt Othman) Management give me the idea how to complete the assignment within the time given.

Student E (Nadia Thaherah Bt Mohd Ezlan) Management is knowledge that very useful in my life as a student. I learnt how to become an ethical leader, respects others decisions, being a good listener to my friends and siblings.

Second Benefit

Student A (Ansarina Bt Mohamed) This subject thought me how to work by team, how to be a good manager and be a good decision making. There are several type of personal decision making Student B (Izzati Aisyah Bt Madzlan) From gaining knowledge on management subject, I have an idea how to manage my study. What subjects that need to be register for next semester and how to target better pointer in all subject. In addition, I also know how to manage my time for academic and co-curriculum. As a result management is very important in my daily life, without management my activities will not be organized properly and I could not achieve any goal.

Student C (Aimi Nursyameem Bt Sohaimi) Management subject help me to organize my study plan to finish my degree years earlier than I think. Student D (Hafizah Bt Othman) Understand better how to make decision and the skill that we should have to manage the teamwork. Student E (Nadia Thaherah Bt Mohd Ezlan) Management also teaches me how to think rationally in solving problems when I am dilemma.

Summary on Question 3
Each of us gains a lot of benefits from knowledge on management subject. As students, through learn management, we understand to apply many skills in our life. For example human skill, we might use it during study life, how we take care of our relationship with friends and lecturers. Besides, some of us think that has understanding in management guide she to apply it in work life and other friend think that knowledge on management could derive her to achieve her goal. She also can improve her performance and productivity through management knowledge. Management guides us to complete our projects or assignments within the time given. Last but not least, most of us agree that we could organize our study plan properly. How many credit hour we want to take in next semester? And who lectures are going to teach us? Other members think that, knowledge on management teach us how to be good manager and decision maker for managing a team or company or programme.

Student A (Ansarina Bt Mohamed) If I have an opportunity to be a manager of course I want, this is because I want to be boss in the organization, and frankly I do not like to be managed. If I am a manager, I have an authority to organize my company and all people will respect me.

Student B (Izzati Aisyah Bt Madzlan) Yes (agree 4), because manager have good position in organization even manager still work for other people. Being manager could train me to manage and control organization. Student C (Aimi Nursyameem Bt Sohaimi) I do not think I can be a great manager, therefore I circle my answer with the second lowest of disagree (2), this is because, being a manager, I need to have fully focused and aims about my organization planning. Furthermore, I have to be more innovative and complete among others which is totally opposite with my inner self. Student D (Hafizah Bt Othman) I want to be a manager because I do not like to follow others instructions and ask permission or agreement from the other persons. I have to be independent. Student E (Nadia Thaherah Bt Mohd Ezlan) I interested to be a manager because I can make decision for my organization. I can be good leader for my staff and listen to their ideas before making any decision. I can plan relevant steps to achieve the goals of the organization. I do not have to receive any instructions from others even I have to take risks in making any decisions.

Summary on Question 4
Some of us would like to become a manager after completed their studies because they believes, being a manager makes them have an authority to conquer and influenced others, plus managers have a good positions and can earned better salary compared to other people in an organisations. In contrast, some of our member does not have interest in becoming manager in future because she thinks that being manager need a complete focus for the organizations and have to bears risks, which is totally oppose with her desire and inner self.

Question 5 In your opinion, what may be the greatest challenge faced by a manager in the workplace?

Student A (Ansarina Bt Mohamed) In my opinion there are lot of challenging faced by manager in their workplace. During the time that I interview the managers I realize that managers jobs are not easy as I expected. Lets take an example, when Head Quarters (HQ) do not satisfied with low level workers according to jobs, manager is the person who will explain and will be asked by the HQ. Other than that, manager has to deal with many people from top to below and they should know to play a role while facing an expected problem.

Student B (Izzati Aisyah Bt Madzlan) In my opinion, the greatest challenge is to ensure that organization would give best cooperation among manager and employees in try to achieve goal. Moreover, manager has to make decision on everything such as decide what are planning to overcome economic crisis.

Student C (Aimi Nursyameem Bt Sohaimi) For me, the greatest challenged might be faced by a manager is, they must compete with each other and be innovative. In order to realizes the goal, he or she (manager) needs to know how to influences other people.

Student D (Hafizah Bt Othman) In my opinion, the greatest challenge that manager have to face is they have to bear the risk on what their subordinate do and their employees behaviour.

Student E (Nadia Thaherah Bt Mohd Ezlan) The greatest challenge is by a manager in the workplace is dilemma in making decision especially when the organization making loss. The managers have to make the decision on how to fix the situation and change the plan in gain the profit for the organization.

Summary on Question 5
Five of us agreed that the greatest challenge faced by manager in current situations is dealing with employees behaviour and they have to be brave enough to influence others to achieve the organizational goals. Furthermore, some of us mentioned that manager have to bears all the risks when it comes to organizations defects and he or she must ensure the goal must give best cooperations. Manager also need to be innovative, creative and must compete with others to survive and feed the customers needs.

CONCLUSION
As a conclusion, we would like to thanks to our lecturer because give us an exciting experience by interview the managers by our own. It is an interesting moment in our life. We can face an experience of real interview before we will be interviewed for the real job later. It helps us to be more confident to face with the people. From this experience, we can apply and relate the information with our daily life. What we have learnt from the activities is that management is all about organize, planning and control the organizations to achieve goals. We also believe that management involve with concept and theories. Its really related with our daily life in dealing with obstacles and finding the solutions of the problems. For us, managers basically have to be more innovative and be creative to handle with organizations and customers need.

As students, we need to apply management skills like human skill, technical skill and conceptual skill. We think that, dealing with employee behaviour is the greatest challenge that has to face by managers and almost all of the practitioners that we had interview that also mentioned about employees behaviour. For us, managers have to be brave in influence others to achieve the organizational. Furthermore, managers have to bears all the risks when it comes to organizations defects and he or she must ensure the goal must give best co-operations. From the interview, we can conclude that there is much knowledge that we can gain from the experienced manager even some of them are not taking course of management before. We would like to thank the practitioner for spending their time to help us.
