a. Removed all the unnecessary materials in the filling area. Discard or place in to the garbage waste bin materials which are no longer needed. Including those under the pressure vessel.

8. Labelling of the hazardous material as per the requirements of Dubai Municipality. Its standard distance, heights in the rocks, the provision of fire safety at storage and provision of health and safety of individuals such as emergency washing area for hazardous materials.

9. a. Permit to work will be included for repairing of cylinders such as replacement of fittings, caps, paintings and NDT examination. b. Over all uniforms shall be strictly enforce to wear at work . c. Safety trainings will be given to people conducting non destructive testing on cylinders as per BSI standards of pressure
vessels inspection and testing. 10. a. Strict implementation of the safety rules and policy will be enforce to violators. Such as fines, penalties and serving warning letter of termination of breaching major offences. b. Continues monitoring and safety tours on areas needed immediate attention. Such as warehouses, workshops and hot works area.

11. a. Redesign the area and provide provision for safe access of loading and unloading of cylinders. b. Create working instruction and operational control measures on people working on compress gases. 12. a. Provide ear muffs / ear plugs to people expose on this activity. b. Continuous monitoring in the event of filling the main pressure vessel. c. Strictly enforce the penalties and fines to all violators .

14. a. Remove dangling wire and rewired in such a way it doesnt pass through gas pipes. b. Provide proper insulation instead of cabled wire alone. c. Include in the safety inspection periodically to ensure and maintain its safety.
15. a. Maintain housekeeping in the area. b. Provide working instruction to take timely housekeeping or cleaning the wet surfaces. c. Provide safety signages approaching the area. 16. a. Segregation of the unused and damaged cylinders will be implemented. b. Labelling the segregated area of storage for disposal, scrap and repair will be provided.
