Assistant Hall Director, SUNY Oswego 2011-2012 Worked to facilitate to personal growth of building residents through programming and social interaction. Created professional development opportunities for a group of 16 resident assistants and 11 student operations staff members. Talked and met with parents of residents on a regular basis. Designed and delivered educational programs to meet learning outcomes set forth by the college. Presenter, SUPER-LECNY Conference, Syracuse University 2012 Presented on maximizing authentic texts in the foreign language classroom, using script-writing to bring texts to life, and creating puppets to express texts through creativity.
