COMMENCEMENT OF LEASE The lease shall commence from _____/_____/____ . ITEMS PROVIDED BY THE LANDLORD All electrical appliances, air-conditioning units and lights fixtures to be in good working condition. It is further agreed that should the Tenant renew the Tenancy Agreement or exercise the option to extend the Tenancy, the Landlord shall pay to ORANGETEE.COM PTE LTD a commission equivalent to half (1/2) months rent subject to GST for the one year lease and pro-rated for any part thereof. In the event that the terms and conditions in the Tenancy Agreement cannot be agreed upon by both parties within the stipulated time by ____________, the Landlord shall forthwith return the booking deposit to the Tenant without any deduction of interest thereon and thereafter neither party shall have any claim against the other. In the event the Tenant withdraws his interest to proceed with the lease of the said premises, the Landlord shall be entitled to forfeit the booking deposit and neither party shall have any claim against the other.
