General / Information 3.1 IRPC invited all safety personnel to join the meeting about EBSM plant turn around period on May 23, 2013 at 8.30 -12.00 am. 3.2 TET informed that PTEC need to move 4 tents between Dialog and ASF within this Friday (May 24, 2013). 3.3 TET reminded to all about OT request need to submit before 16.00 pm 3.4 About smoking area at lay down area need the good housekeeping and schedule to all contractors to take care by ABB - Monday, Dialog - Tuesday & Wednesday, MACS Thursday & Friday, TCC Saturday & Sunday. 3.5 TET reminded about no hand over anything between EBSM fence and outside. 3.6 IRPC reminded about hanging all bags along fence. 3.7 MACS informed about flushing and test work is ongoing and the pressure is not over 10 bar. 3.8 TET requested PTEC to provide 10 workers for housekeeping at height starting May 23, 2013 afternoon. 3.9 TET informed that about parking vehicle in front of lay down area is permitted by memo of K.nares to K.Rachin as attached.
