Nowadays, aspiring politicians are not the ones who serve but are the ones who are served by the citizens. But as of this writing, such politicians are considering themselves as puppies, who possess a quality of innocence and amity because its election time and many of us today are aware of that masquerade-like quality of politicians before the election as well as their true colors after their judgment day (well, if they win of course). But if we break the political issues of the Philippines into tiny pieces, it would take us a whole day to enumerate all. So lets state just one. Its the so-called political dynasty. Just so you know, political dynasty happens when politicians who gain popularity in the recent years in their service grant their first degree family members and even relatives an opportunity to take the seat in the government even if their qualifications would not suffice. This continues to the next and next generations until their family is one who holds the whole country (if it is not suppressed). Logically, this type of problem that we are facing is clichd. It is repeated in many years and the same problem comes in the picture again today, but now a more improved one. If we think rationally, we people can persecute such inhumane act of politicians by not voting their heir slash successor. But that is what the people do not do, instead they patronize it. We always forget that we elect persons who will serve us for the better of our country, not those people who acquired popularity because they do not how to serve, nor do not know how to take care of the kaban ng bayan. I remembered what my friend said about mistakes. He said Mistakes are learned, not repeated. If so, face the same consequences. It is our fault why we face the same problem again and again. Because we do not learn from our mistakes. Because we are blindfolded by their adorable grimaces.
