10 Healthy Nutrition The Heavenly diet (Red letters do not record)

Nutrition and conflict When we build sophisticated machines, we include an instruction manual to prolong their lives so we can enjoy them longer. Well, our body, which is such a sophisticated machine, ought to have such a manual for best performance. The natural state of man is health. God made a perfect body, in good shape and pleasing to look upon. Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. Gods plan was for man to enjoy good health, however, the conflict between good and evil also affected nature, food, and health. While living in sin, man has deteriorated and has gotten farther away from the mold of the Creator, in Whose image he was made. Since the fall in the Garden of Eden, man has been losing the vitality he possessed in the beginning. God had a special and ideal diet. Genesis 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. God also forbade man to eat fat and blood. Leviticus 3:17 It shall be a perpetual statute for your generations throughout all your dwellings, that ye eat neither fat nor blood. However, after sinning, man began setting his own conditions, and death entered the picture. While His plan in preparing man for his return to the Garden of Eden is being carried out, God has set some nutritional conditions. So that man might enjoy excellent health, God recommended a healthy diet based on the consumption of natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, and grains. He also authorized the consumption of some animals called clean animals and did not recommend the consumption of others considered unclean. He gave man time enough for physical activity and time for rest. God provided mans habitat with plenty of pure water, oxygen, sunlight, and the certainty that we could trust in Him. These are the natural resources available to all creatures, the elements that provide quality of life when partaken of daily and on a regular basis. They are freely available to you so that you may enjoy good spiritual, physical, and emotional health. God wanted to guarantee His creatures long, healthy lives, unfortunately, Satan's rebellion interfered, and now Satan is striving to lead Gods creature (man) astray from his Creator by any and all means. This world under Satans scheme is replacing healthy habits with contamination. The enemy of souls wants people to become more and more sick and their faculties more crippled for the purpose of distancing us from the source of health: Gods good advice. The Natural vs. The Artificial The contamination of the body is in the substitution of water for carbonated beverages (soft drinks); the replacement of oxygen with tobacco and hallucinogenic substances, and the change from eating balanced meals to the gluttony of junk food. Tobacco ads never show the sick with terminal diseases; they only show young and active men and women with radiant health. Cases of lung cancer, pulmonary emphysema, vascular risk, or the death rates per year caused by smoking wont appear in their commercials either. Neither do images of domestic violence or broken families and homes due to alcoholism appear in ads. God recommended not consuming liquor or any intoxicating substances. Leviticus 10:9-11 Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations: 10And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean; 11And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses . Alcohol advertisements also avoid warning us of the number of traffic accidents that alcohol intake has caused, seemingly because they are the responsibility of the states health authorities and not of the liquor industry. In this campaign, he who is masterminding the orchestration and fabrication of harmful things, Satan, has included the subtlety of replacing natural foods with processed foods, a.k.a. junk foods, with consequences you will be aware of as this article continues. To improve the quality of life, we need not develop a set of products that replaces natural ones. God provided nature as the foundation for mans nutrition. Man has flooded the market with products and advertising,

supposedly to improve the quality of life, replacing healthy food with unhealthy, which is a big mistake. In what sense? Well, when we say we are improving, we are really causing more damage to the land and to the environment, to such an extreme that survival of man is becoming more difficult. The more we invest in the research of technology that provides for mans biological and vital needs, the more we note the fact that the results of this technology are not nearly as healthy as the natural things that the Lord has left us. There are primary foods such as fruits, vegetables, and others that, when processed, the molecular and chemical structure of these natural elements is altered, and as a result, radicals are created. It has already been proven through studies done in Germany 8 years ago that free radicals lead to illnesses. Elements that favor the development of more than a hundred illnesses come from free radicals, while healthy foods, such as apples, contain natural elements that have all their molecules in equilibrium and are easily assimilated by the body. So the more we intervene with nature to extract raw materials or to process food or substitute elements that the land itself provides, the more we are in danger of damaging our health and our planet and creating more illnesses. Common Illnesses: Metabolic syndrome Science is battling against Metabolic Syndrome, which is a group of syndromes and symptoms that are causing a significant number of deaths, and which experts have not been able to identify as an individual disease because of the complexity of its disorders affecting different systems of the body. For example: obesity, resistance to insulin, dislipidemics or lipid disorder, that together eventually lead to a state of deterioration (disease). There are two types of fat tissue, one with small cells, and the other with large cells. The one with large cells is an endocrinological agent capable of producing elements such as the angiotensin, (angio-vessel, tensin-tension) which is released and causes changes to the blood vessels, producing an oxidative endothelium stress in the most internal layer of the blood vessel. The oxidant stress causes an alteration in the production of nitric oxide, which normally dilates the arteries and facilitates the passage of blood, oxygen, and nutrients to an organ; when it is blocked, the vessels are constricted, which causes the patient to have other severe problems. It is a chemical attack made by the same agent originating from fat accumulated in the viscera, not as much the external as the internal, which is called morbid fat. Metabolic syndrome involves a group of elements that cause damage to different organs, of which one of the aggravating factors is obesity. Obesity: Eating Habits We become obese because most of us in our society do not stop eating until we feel we are about to explode, and many do not care about a nutritional diet. The following type of advertising is very common: Buy a hamburger and get all the soda you can drink! Or, all the french fries you can eat for the purchase of a hot dog! The person buys one item, and they give him another, thereby creating a mentality of filling their stomachs. Many people frequent places like this, where consumer goods affect the mentality of the customers. Buy one sandwich and get the 2nd free! Matthew 24: 38-39 states that in the end, this type of behavior will be commonplace. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking until the day that Noah entered into the ark, 39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Eating habits and eating customs have gone through significant changes in many parts of the world. To give you an example, studies made in Colombia after 1980 showed that the number of obese people was growing at a rate of 42 for every 100 inhabitants in the urban or most developed zones, while in the rural zones or the countryside there was only 1 obese person out of 100 inhabitants. These numbers alarmed specialists, who began working to find the reason behind this. What was causing this epidemic of obesity? Before the 80s, there were only 4 obese for every 100 inhabitants in Colombia. Those who were in school there during the 60s and 70s should recall only seeing 1 or maximum 2 obese people per classroom, but after the 80s, it skyrocketed and the curve is still growing! What happened? Our eating habits changed! We have copied habits for eating fast foods from a society of consumed elements such as soft drinks, which contain 10 teaspoons of sugar each, 350ccs of carbonated water, and carbonic

soda water; the body eliminates the carbonic gas because of its toxicity, and we put it right back in our soft drinks; that carbonated water coats the protective mucus and damages the defenses it contains; this causes an aggressive irritation in the tissue (from the mouth to the rectum). Soft drinks additionally contain 50ccs of syrup, which is loaded with free radicals and has no place in the body. The free radicals remain drifting in the system, and to deal with this concentrated syrup, a large volume of water is needed in order to dilute it, neutralize it, and remove it from the system. Anyone who consumes 350ccs of carbonated water = one soft drink, loses approximately some 300ccs of water from his own system just to be able to eliminate this syrup. So the system needs water for hydration. If a soft drink is consumed for the hydration of the body, it will then require lots of water to evacuate the useless components that were in that syrup. All the water that was removed from the body resulted in dehydration rather than hydration. Notwithstanding, the advertising says, Quench your thirst. Consuming a soft drink causes water loss and an excessive deposit of calories to the body. As for hydrating beverages, they are recommended for specific use in medicine, however, those with a salt content leave an extra load of salt in the kidneys and place consumers at high risk of gaining kidney disease. Sodas and other unhealthy drinks have been taking the place of water and thus inviting consequences leading to illness. For instance, it causes an increase of CO2 in the bodys tissues, because water is required, so that when combined with the CO2, carbonic acid H2CO3 is produced. This is an acid that cannot travel in the bloodstream. So what does the body do? Observe the process: the carbonic acid is split into a H + (Hydrogen atom) + HCO3 carbonic acid, an element that can travel in the blood system to the lungs to be expelled from the system. So what if there is no water? How is the CO2 expelled? While already in the lung, the reaction reverses and the H + (Hydrogen ion) + HCO3 goes back to being H2CO3 carbonic acid, and from there it turns into CO2 combined with water which is what we expel, and this is why mirrors and glass become misty, the combination of CO2 and H2O gas and water. Because of its toxicity, the human bodys metabolism expels the CO2, but a soft drink deposits larger amounts of CO2 in the system. When a lesser quantity of water is in the system, some difficulty in expelling this CO2 is inevitable, which places the system in a condition unfavorable for the task of carrying out all of its biochemical processes that are performed with oxygen. We must remember that all of the organs' biological processes are performed with oxygen, and if it is diminished, they will not be carried out adequately, and the consequences could result in all kinds of illnesses. Water facilitates the purification of many substances that have to exit the system in diluted form. If the body lacks an adequate volume of water, these substances will concentrate, forming stones. The replacement of water with soft drinks has caused not only obesity but also a wide variety of illnesses. Diabetes: Sugar that kills There are various types of diabetes: the type 1 insulin-dependent, which is of genetic origin, where there is a genetic alteration in the beta cells of the pancreas; these cells produce the insulin, and the production of insulin is essentially very poor, and those who have it have had problems with this type of diabetes since birth. The type 2 diabetes, which appeared some 10 years ago, was appearing in adults between the ages of 40 to 45. We note also that this same type 2 diabetes appeared some 6 years ago in teenagers aged 18 and 19. Now worldwide we find children of 8 and 9 years with type 2 diabetes. What is happening? Type 2 diabetes appears when there is resistance to insulin. It appears when the person has gained weight and /or has become obese from consuming large quantities of food rich in calories, which involves the increase of morbid fat in the system. That amount of fat with those characteristics results in the pancreas not being capable of producing enough insulin to cover such a span of tissue, and as the patient, little by little, gains weight and gains more fat tissue, his pancreas begins to increase its production of insulin, but then it enters a stage of exhaustion, and its production of insulin becomes less, because it is not capable of producing the sufficient amount

of insulin. The effect is that the tissues cannot get the glucose they need from the bloodstream, and the glucose in the blood starts to accumulate. As a result of this problem, a new formation of blood vessels follows, and the tissue is poorly fed because of a shortage of insulin. The function of the insulin is to give the cells access to the bloods glucose, which they are fed from. All the cells membranes have insulin receptors, and when insulin settles on the membranes chemical receptor, a biochemical change takes place that is transmitted through a phosphorylation process all the way to the nucleus of the cell, which receives this information and produces a messenger protein that activates the channels through which the glucose enters. The glucose thus enters the channels, and when it reaches the cytoplasm, it begins a series of processes through mitochondria, where ATP (Adenosine Tri Phosphate) is found, which is the bodys energy source in the presence of oxygen. Oxygen and glucose in the mitochondria produce 36 ATPs. This is the bodys energy fuel. It is what the body consumes in the food we eat. When insulin diminishes, the cytoplasm receives smaller amounts of glucose, and the less glucose the cytoplasm receives, the less ATP it will produce, so the cell will be short of energy, and the system will look for alternatives to supply this energy source for the cells. Thus the process begins taking some proteins, especially alanine, from the muscles, and amino acids like histidine, and carries them to the liver, which performs like a lab and processes them and converts them to sugar, which is then carried to the blood stream, where the blood may make use of it. Besides the bloodstream being full of glucose, the liver will provide more by taking it from fatty tissue, grabbing triglycerides and converting them as well to more sugar, so we have a sugar-saturated bloodstream. This biochemical procedure that the liver performs in the making of glucose creates a residue called ketones. There is no way to eliminate ketones entirely; some are eliminated in the urine, but this is not enough, and those remaining are left in the blood; they are responsible for the damage to the nervous system, causing diabetic ketoacidocis, and the accumulation of these elements produces drowsiness in the person. This drowsiness occurs because of the damage to the nervous system, which leads to diabetic coma. All in all, the body has enough food but does not produce enough insulin due to obesity; so the system does not assimilate food well enough. In its hurry to feed the blood cells, the process initiates a chain reaction that causes damage, which we term, diabetes. Adult diabetes type II, now present in any person due to weight gain or obesity, is a product of todays publicity, frantic consumption, the abandoning of healthy diets, and the joy of eating for entertainment. So to be healthy, avoid all of the above, eat moderately, and take natural medicines and remedies. Eat a good, balanced breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a light dinner. Leviticus 11 the principle Leviticus 11 speaks of food not recommended by God for our diet, called unclean food. Why? The animals that the Bible calls unclean are those such as fish without scales, among others, the majority of insects, pigs, birds of prey, and other animals with specific features. Some of these animals, for their nature or their organic structure and biological activity in nature, are classified as reservoirs or processors and purifiers of toxic elements of the ecosystem. When man begins to consume these animals, he interrupts the natural cleansing process of decomposition, in which the animal intervenes to leave its habitat clean. Man does not allow an animal to complete its process of decaying or cleansing but eats an animal with potential quantities of illnesses and infections. God designed these animals for the purpose of carrying out this biological cycle in their habitat. He did not classify these as edible, as the so-called clean animals. The biblical connotation unclean animal does not fit within todays human conception of dirty or loathing. Still, it is an animal that is charged with a process which should not be interrupted, of contaminating and decomposition of its natural habitat. God recommended: Eat not of it. For example, Hepatitis B is transmitted by some of these animals, such as oysters, which were responsible for a hepatitis epidemic in China in 1987. (*1) Fish without scales or with smooth skin absorb or filter food particles from the water, easily absorbing more toxics or poisons in oceans and rivers, like traces of contaminating mercury and lead, such as were found in US tuna and salmon, which are considered clean species. Crabs also feed from the absorption of food particles in the water.

In His instruction manual, God recommends the eating of clean animals. If one takes a look at the different species, the Bible speaks of species with scales and flippers for consuming. It is known that the meat of scale and flipper species is cleaner and carries more essential nutrients. Another benefit of eating clean animals comes from deep water creatures that carry a high EPA content; a substance that favors the cleaning of the arteries with the elimination or synthesis of harmful cholesterol in the liver. On the other hand, shrimp and some crustaceans fill the same function as some worms and caterpillars, which is to remove decomposition and to oxygenate and supply other species with nourishing elements. They have the function of complementing the ecological balance for worms that takes effect on the Earth's crust and for crustaceans at the bottom of the ocean. These crustaceans are located at determined depths and in determined places; this is notable because they are purifying and cleaning those specific areas. Sometimes they are cultivated in areas that are not very clean, like at the mouth or near outlets of residual waters or sewage and garbage, where most shrimp abound. Heres an example: we throw away garbage, a small animal comes along to consume that garbage and to prevent contamination and then man comes along and consumes that small animal that is going through a cleaning process. The man is consuming part of the contamination that he himself threw away. Ironic isnt it? Carrion birds like buzzards and vultures; crustaceans like lobsters, crabs, and shrimp; insects and fish whose function in the ecosystem is to clean up contamination, are each responsible for a specific area of the ecosystem. God said, do not consume these, consume these better. For many of us, it is a shame that pork and rabbit and their kin are among the animals that God does not recommend eating. Like any instruction manual for the benefit of obtaining top-notch performance, the Bible recommends clean animals for eating, like the cow or the lamb or the goat. Animals that offer better quality food and smaller risk of illness. The use of the healthy advice of God guarantees a quality life for His creatures. All the same, even though God permitted the eating of some animals, the original plan is a 100% vegetarian diet! No meat! According to Genesis 1: 29 every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. We are facing the second coming of Jesus Christ and are about to be transferred to the new Garden of Eden. In this new paradise, no animal will be killed, because no animal will be eaten. In heaven, the lion shall eat straw like the bullock. We, the ones that will be transferred to heaven (May God grant it!) should return to Gods original diet. Although Jesus ate fish in our land, in the new Garden of Eden or Paradise, no animal will be killed for eating.
