What is ZCP? ZCP refers to a unique printing program offered by Konsurv Printsol Inc to its clients.ZCP stands for Zero Commit Program whereby the client doesnt have to give any sort of commitment to Konsurv,usually Managed Print Services (MPS) offered by all other companies or Konsurvs competitors specify that they agree upon commitments either by offering a fixed rental, page wise commitment or cartridge wise commitment. All in all a particular client does have to commit himself to the print service provider. ZCP uses refurbished high quality and tested machines. Current Market Scenarios:MPS offered with commitment like: a) Fixed Rental Commitment-A service provider charges you a monthly fixed rental and offers you a few pages free in return for e.g. a service provider bills you monthly Rs 4000 and offers you 5000 pages free and thereafter (>5000pgs) a per page rate of 40p. b) Page wise commitment-A service provider demands a fixed number of pages as his monthly commitment. For e.g. a service provider takes a monthly commitment of 20000 pages and charges you a fixed rate of 40p c) Cartridge wise commitment-A service provider demands that you buy a minimum number of cartridges every month for his MPS service.

ZCP Vs Others (Refilling/Compatible/OEM cartridges) Refill Are you sure about how many good quality prints you get out out of an refill cartridge? most clients do not go in depth to really find out what a refill page costs as they feel they are just paying a meager amount compared to buying originals The Truth Most refill companies who negotiate on cost quantitatively fill Toner/ink so that they're margins are not Compromised on i.e if you were earlier paying 2X and currently paying X the toner filled in by the latter maybe just be half or lesser.
