Now the IT industry has been become a most robust in the world industries. IT more than any other industries economic facet, has, an increased productivity, paricularly in the developed world. And therefore is a key driver of the global economic growth. The concept of workers participation in IT industries, how can make more affective. But before interpretation the affect on IT Industries it will have to understand that what is the characteristics of workers. Workers is In-separable Form of Labourer. He cannot work without his labour or exertion. Both cannot be separated from each other. He is indispensable for production Economical, Personal and Social needs have influenced more to workers. However suggestion is a thought process and may be vary form one IT Industry of another. It should be cleared that worker has interest where he finds the profit. Because he has stand at a lower seat from the top working manpower. he will keep interest when he will feel more comfortable.
