To receive th e Advanced Diploma of Hospitality students must complete ALL core units and a range of additional units. Additional units contain compulsory and elective units which may vary between each semester, and will depend on a number of considerations including the pa ckaging rules for the qualification and demand for the unit. Overseas Student Student Health Health Cover Cover (OSHC): (OSHC): In 2013, the cost for standard Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) per year is A$498 for a single student, $1041 for a couple (student with spouse) and $1752 for a student with family. All international students are required to pay the O SHC for themselves and all dependent members of their family staying with them in Australia. You must provide a copy of your Medibank Private Membership records showing your name, membership number and date of expiry. The Australian Government regulations require payment of OSHC for the length of the student visa. You should check the policy carefully, including the details of what is covered. Optional extra cover is available at an additional fee. It is the students responsibility to check the conditions of this health cover.
