Traditional Ahrimanism Constitution Bylaws and Tenets of Faith

Preamble

As predestined sons of Adam, we are charged with the Authority of the Devil to free and become responsible for ourselves and those closest to us. We are to corrupt the nature of all things so that they can be lad away from Ahura Mazda, so that freedom of mankind can bring about the Destruction of the Imperial rule of the Pious. We shall call chaos into order in unison with the vexation brought about by the Proclamation of Evil Deeds done by the entire original denizens of Hell. Thus creating finite evil, infinitely.

I.

Imposed Responsibilities and Ethics of Clergy

I. Responsibilities
A. Responsibilities. Clergy has the responsibilities to; maintain, conduct, and supervise all aspects both physical and upon the internet.
1.) Maintaining. Clergy will maintain the financial requirements to operate both physically and upon the internet, and they will use sound judgment when it comes to repairing or changing any physical church damage along with information on church websites. B. Conducting. Clergy is responsible for conducting the church within the principals set forth by the 13 Ahrimanic Steps of Faith. Clergy is responsible for conducting all Rituals and the happenings therein. During High Magic Ritual, Clergy is responsible for see that all behavior is in accordance with local laws and church guidelines for High Magic Rituals. Clergy will conduct themselves within the Ethics set down by this Constitution. (See, II. Ethics) C. Supervising. Clergy is responsible for supervising over all Committees and Subcommittees and making decisions over information collected. Clergy will preside over all classes associated with their branch and all classes conducted by the apprenticing Herbad. Clergy will strictly supervise the study and development of the Herbad until ordainment is attained.

I.

Ethics

Ethics. Clergy will maintain Ethical behavioral understanding in the dealings with all church members, by proving they understand the principal of Responsibility to the Responsible. A. A clergy member is charged with taking proper precautions on handling all situations with other clergy and congregation. They will not take advantage in any form to include; sexually, financially, or through manipulation. B. Clergy member to congregation member is classified as a power control position that will be upheld in Ethical form. If an ethic have been broken in this relationship and has been found in tribunal to be in violation of the cannon of this constitution, the clergy member will be stripped of authority, excommunicated, and if illegal behavior has occurred it will be reported to local law enforcement immediately. C. All dealings with persons, businesses, or organizations outside of the scope of the Dakhma of Angra Mainyu shall be guided by the 13 Steps of the Ahrimanic Faith.

II.

Bylaws

Article 1: Name The name of the Organization shall be known as the Dakhma of Angra Mainyu. (Herein after spoken of as the Dakhma) This Dahkma is a sub-statuary of the Church Of Ahriman.

Article 2: Purpose Our Purpose is to practice and organize in the worship of Angra Mainyu, to maintain Traditional Ahrimanism by creating chaos within our communities as shown to us by Angra Mainyu, and to educate people about religious Ahrimanism.

Article 3: Office The Business office of the Dahkma shall be located at 5974 NW 35th St, Warr Acres, Ok. 73122. The mailing address shall remain the same. The business number shall be 405882-0696

Article 4: Governing Privileges The Dakhma shall have self-governing privileges in harmony with the authority and vision of the Feudal Lords and the Dastur. The Feudal Lords shall be known as Dastur Adam Daniels (President), Mobed Kelsey Daniels (Treasure/Vice President), and Herbad Jeremy Melvin (Secretary). The Feudal Lords may appoint others under them. Only Mobed Kelsey Daniels has access to any and all bank accounts of the Dakhma.

Article 5: Doctrine Statement of Faith We believe the biblical truths set forth by the Bible of Corruption, and keeping in unison with the animal nature of mankind. We believe that mankind is thriving because of sin. We believe that mankind should be educated in the Way of Traditional Ahrimanism. We believe that in Traditional Ahrimanism, all members are required to take responsibility for their actions be it moral, legal, or religious. We believe all religions other than Traditional Ahrimanism; join to cause the cataclysmic decline of society and mankind as a Whole. We believe that in Traditional Ahrimanism cooperation amongst all members and clergy together within our own society, to attain both individual and group goals. (Not Gnosis) We believe man can be freed from the tyrannical consumption of Ahura Mazda by way of evil speech. Bound by the law of Angra Mainyu. We believe that the 13 Ahrimanic Steps of Faith to be the spiritual guide to a way of life.

Functions and Meetings

The Feudal Lords and the Dastur shall have full control over all governing, financial, and excommunication as prescribed by the Great Dark Yatus of the Past. The Feudal Lords shall have quarterly meetings to discuss the affairs of the Dakhma. The Feudal Lords shall consist of the Dastur, Mobeds, and Herbads. Only the Feudal Lords may legally represent the Dakhma to include the media.

Membership and Clergy

The Priesthood of the Yatus shall be appointed by the Feudal Lords, and can be ordained by a two-thirds vote by the Feudal Lords, and shall consist of Mobeds and Herbads. The Herbads are ascended to the priesthood after conferment of the Feudal Lords. Herbads may be nominated by a two-thirds vote of the congregation. They will be promoted upon approval of the Feudal Lords. All congregants shall be promoted to Yatus after completing the workbook Ahrimani Enlightenment and a two-thirds vote from the Feudal Lords. An Initiate shall be promoted to congregant after the six week course; the presiding Mobed receives video of Self-Dedication, Membership payment, packet with signed agreements. Only becomes a full member after a two-thirds vote of the congregation, and the final decision falls upon the presiding Mobed.

Discipline and Excommunication

Any action deemed harmful to the Dakhma, its members, or reputation may constitute excommunication from the Dakhma. Other disciplinary actions may be approved by the Feudal Lords. The Feudal Lords cannot be replaced unless death, resignment, or dissolvement occurs.

All Members are not allowed to speak publicly or privately of the Dakhma, its location, its membership, or leadership; with the exception of the Tenets of Faith of Traditional Ahrimanism. If a member is found to have broken this law, they will be sued for breach of contract, excommunicated, and exposed to the public. Upon the loss of a Feudal Lord, remaining members make suggestions to replace the Mobed. This requires two-thirds vote of the remaining members of the Dakhma. Members of the Feudal Lords can be demoted, may resign, and/or be removed from the Church by an administrative meeting of the Feudal Lords. The Dastur and/or Leading Mobed of the Branch have exclusive right to remove any member of the Church in the form of suspension until an administrative meeting has occurred. Any member of the Church, Yatus, or below can be suspended by any ordained Clergy until an administrative meeting can occur. Philosophical infighting will not be tolerated and can justify complete removal from the Church. I.E. Any aspect of Sumerian Folklore. Any aspect of Luciferianism, or any other occult path considered false teachings. Only the Feudal Lords or a trained P.R. are allowed to speak legally or to the media for the Church. All other members must follow the guidelines set above.

Committees
The Feudal Lords may appoint such additional committees to assist in the discharge of its duties as it may deem advisable.

Dissolution SECTION 1-DISSOLUTION BY ELDERSHIP TEAM

In the event that this organization shall be dissolved and liquidated, after paying or making provisions for the payment of all liabilities in the organization, the Feudal Lords shall distribute or dispose of any remaining property and assets as they deem fit.

SECTION 2-DISSOLUTION BY COURT Any of this organizations property and assets not dispose of in accordance with ARTICLE VIII Section 1, shall be disposed of by the court having jurisdiction of the dissolution and liquidation of a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma and having jurisdiction in the county of this organizations registered office exclusively to such religious organization or organizations, each of which is established and operated exclusively for such purposes as are most closely allied to those of this organization and each of which, at the time of such disposal, is a qualified, tax-exempt organization as aforesaid, as said court shall determine.

Liability
9-1A-No member of the Feudal Lords and/or committee shall be personally liable, as such, for monetary damages for any action taken unless: 1. the member has breached or failed to perform the duties of the office in good faith, in a manner reasonably believed to be in the best interest of the corporation , and with such care, including reasonable inquiry, skill, and diligence, as a person of ordinary prudence would use under similar circumstances; and 2. the breach or failure to perform constitutes self-dealing, willful misconduct or recklessness. 9-2B-This provision cannot by law release a member from liability under criminal laws or for proper payment of taxes.

III. Tribunal
In order for an investigation to be held against a clergy member the accusing party must have overwhelming evidence that the accused clergy member has taken advantage of them as defined by the Ethics article of this constitution.

A. If overwhelming evidence is presented the Dastur will be immediately notified. It will then be his decision to put a hand selected committee together to thoroughly investigate the accusing party and the accused clergy. All findings will be turned in to the Dastur. B. Should the Dastur find the accused Clergy being at fault the Dastur will conduct the Tribunal, to allow both sides to present their arguments and evidence. C. Should the accused be found guilty; they will be stripped of power, excommunicated, and if an illegal act has been committed it will be reported to local

law enforcement. Should the accused be found innocent; the accusing party shall be place on suspension until an administrative meeting can be held by their local Clergy.

IV. Public Appearance of Clergy

Clergy, members are expected to maintain physical appearance conducive to the corruption of both fire and water. A. Hair length will not be shorter than shoulder length and no mullets will be accepted as proper hair length. B. Male clergy members will maintain a minimum of a goatee of facial hair, so that by way all ritual fire and water along with the everyday fire and water shall be corrupted as defined by the Avesta. C. Female clergy will try to maintain their finger nails at least an inch long, so that all things they touch will be corrupted, as defined by the Avesta. D. All ordained clergy will have a red Lucifers sigil tattooed upon their left forearm or wrist. E. All clergy while conducting official and legal church work business, to include media interviews, will wear proper ritual attire. So that the public appearance will be maintained with an authoritative stature.

V.

Amendments

If an amendment is to be added to this constitution the Dastur will assign a committee of Mobeds to investigate any changes that need to be made. If the Dastur agrees, it will be added.

VI. Ritual Practice

Ritual will be conducted at least once a month is accordance with that menstruation cycle of the live female alter.

A. Upon the solstices and equinoxes it will be required that the congregation of the church to conduct High Magic rituals with the laws and rules as defined by the cannon of this constitution. B. High Magic ritual is classified as a group participating sex magic ritual. 1. Rules of high magic rituals. a. Legally married couples work together or inclusive couples. b. The clergy running the ritual itself will be with the Alter/Alters. c. All single parties will have agreed with the partner that they will be working with during said ritual. d. There will be no partner swapping. e. No means no. f. Stop is a command. C. It is the responsibility of the Priest running the Ritual to supervise and maintain that rules are being followed, as stated above.

VII. Religious Sources

The main religious text that defines Traditional Ahrimanism is our Bible of Corruption, written be Dastur Adam Daniels.
A. Once a person has completed the six week basic course and have shown proof of their selfdedication, or in the presence of a clergy member, they then become a congregant member of the church. Who will then begin taking the yearlong course by using the work book; Ahrimani Enlightenment by Dastur Adam Daniels. B. All other literary sources will be as follows; Arda Viraf, Rig-Veda, Bundahishn, Shayest NeShayest, Zand-I Vohuman, Yasht, Denkard, Drayishn-I Ahriman o Divan, Dawn and Twilight of Zoroastrianism by R.C. Zaehner.

Ahrimani 13 Steps of Faith

Respect all life because it can be converted to an advantageous opportunity if you understand its nature. You must first understand your own nature before you can understand anothers. Those who are without should be enveloped into your veil as cast by the nature of the Serpent. Just as Father Ahriman is represented by the Serpent and the Lion, one should be able to fluidly adjust between the two in any situation. Remember Father Ahriman in all things because within His hands are the keys to the universe and the rod of undiluted wisdom. As in Hell, we should amass power, strength, and pleasure. Never allow yourself to become drunk with any. While we are upon this Earth, never forget that our actions and reputation speaks louder than any words. Ask, what can be destroyed to create something better. Father Ahriman expects us to gain knowledge and to forever press forward forging ourselves. We are never expected to go beyond our nature, just press our limits. When facing an enemy, be fluid with the dictates of the Serpent and the Lion. Know which is most advantageous, the assassin or the warrior. Both are highly trained and equally effective in the right situation. Fill those who are without, with false sense of pride and security. Then when you call upon Chaos for Order, they will follow. Just as Father Ahriman remains in the darkness of the Earth, so shall we retreat to the darkness to attain His wisdom and conduct His rituals. For Melek Taus lights the way! Never trust any mans dictates or words because every man has his own agenda. Ask yourself if your agenda fits theirs. Man has made great advances in his understanding of the physical universe, but only Father Ahriman knows the spiritual universe. Always know that you are a part of Father Ahrimans Great Spiritual Plan. Whether or not, if he is testing you with fire or hardening you with ice.
