    To: Xavier University Community Re: CSG Printing Services _______________________________________________________________________ Effective on June 28, 2013, the printing services for CSG will have corresponding fees for nonCSG related printing activities. Type Black and white (text) Black and white (image) Colored (text) Colored (image) Rate/page P 1.00 P 3.00 P 4.00 P 15.00

    The monitoring of this policy shall be the responsibility of the Office of Administrative Affairs and Executive Secretary .The OAA, in partnership with the Executive Secretary, shall monitor and account the fees collected from this service in a daily basis.

    This policy is set to ensure that the CSG printer is maximized for office use only. Please be guided.
