Work Description : Assist on calibration of various instruments such as Gauges for pressure and temperature, Flow transmitters, Level Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, Control Valves, etc. Participate on PMS of instruments as requirement of the process Loop Checking/Trouble shooting and repair Air Liquide Philippines Inc. Sandoval Avenue, Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City March 23, 2010 to present Industry : Liquid and Gas Industry (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Rare Gases) Position : Instrumentation and Control Technician (Central Maintenance Services) Work Description : Perform Predictive, Preventive and Corrective maintenance on the process control system and control loops. Perform modification and improvement of control circuits and/or control loops as per plant request and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes (Management Of Change) Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipments of plant, as well as during scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns Input data into the MAXIMO maintenance system, such as work order activities, materials and spares, failure reports and manpower statistics. Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures. Remove, dismantle, overhaul/repair and install electric, pneumatic, electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators, recorders, measuring and recording instruments in the field or in the workshop. Perform regular calibration and maintenance of safety instruments such as portables detectors for oxygen and CO2 and fixed gas monitoring equipments such as H2 Monitors, Hydrocarbon Monitors and Smoke and Heat Detectors. Participate in Root Cause Analyses for prevention of reoccurrence of troubles and corrective maintenance for minimizing reliability incidents. Perform replenishments of electrical components and other instrument equipments and monitoring of spare parts for plants.

Assist on other sections such as electrical and mechanical in the repair and troubleshooting of their instrument and electronic related systems and test equipment. Perform upgrades and retrofitting of new control instruments to the existing panels in the field and main control room. Changing of new electronic instrument and installation of impulse tubing. Report work status and perform special assignment as required by the supervisor. Perform Calibration Monitoring as per calibration plan of instruments per site. Glanding and termination of instrument signal cable and primary cable.
