*On your organizations letter head please provide a brief description of your event with this application.
Requests shall be submitted in writing to the Park Committee specifying the purpose, date(s) and times. Requests shall be mailed to: Park Committee Chairperson, Village of Honor, PO Box 95, Honor, MI 49640 Responsible party may be asked to appear, in person, before the Committee to address any concerns (a person or organization may designate a representative in writing to appear on their behalf). All applications shall be reviewed on a first received basis. Consideration will be given for prior use history. A Park Committee member will inspect the property with the applicant prior to the event. It is the responsibility of both parties to note existing damage and conditions.
The Village of Honor and the Park Committee assume no responsibility whatsoever for any property placed on its premises or within any building thereon, and are expressly released and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may be sustained by reason of the occupancy of said premises under the application/permit granted for this event, including immunity from damages or injury to property of persons.
