why we're here is we had spoken prior, you had explained you were doing the victimology on the particular individual, T.M., and in the course of doing that victimology how did you come into contact I guess, with our agency. How did you come about

contact as far as you can recollect? A I believe through the captain in the

Miami-Dade Police Department, he referred me to the school board police. Q Okay sir, did he refer you to anyone in

particular or just the agency in general?

He gave

me a phone number. Q Okay sir and after that what occurred?

How did -- who did you contact? A Yeah my contact is I believe Detective

Hadley is who I was corresponding with and he told me that I had to send him a letter or request of information I was looking for on the letterhead and then he would put something together for me and send it back to me if he found it. Q A Q Okay. He wasn't personally aware of anything. Okay sir and I have here a copy of the --

of the letter that you sent me by e-mail dated February 29, 2012 to Detective Hadley basically requesting information for your victimology. A Q Right. Did he subsequently provide any

information, any reports, any documentation, anything responding to your request? A I would say yeah what I received from him

was a copy of the -- the report and a note that told me to contact Officer Darryl Dunn. to make contact with Dunn. I was never able

number 2011, 11477. Q Okay sir, is that the only documentation,

the only report he provided? A That is the only documentation that I

received from the School Board Police Department. Q Okay, and was there any -- as far as a

Hadley, to your recollection, the only person that you spoke with trying to gather your information for your victimology from our agency? A Q Yes, I believe so. Okay, all right. Has there been any other

-- you know, Detective Hadley with you sir, or your agency? A He did call me a couple weeks ago in

reference to wanting me to be sure that T.M. was not suspended for marijuana like it had been reported, whatever in the news, and I told him that I was aware of that and that was a baggy or something that was found in his backpack when they searched his backpack referenced his criminal mischief case. I,

really other than what I heard in the news, wasn't aware of the fact that there was a small baggy of marijuana or anything in his backpack because nothing indicated that in the report that Hadley sent up here and we didn't discuss it at all. have no idea where that even came from. Q Okay sir. Okay sir, LT, are you speaking I

with me here today without any promises and without any threats or duress to provide information in an investigation being conducted by the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department? A Q Yes I am. Okay, are you aware that this conversation I have you being

or may not be used in a departmental hearing or in a court of law? A Q Yes. Okay, is there anything that I failed to

ask you that you would like to add to your statement. A Q I don't think so. That's all I got.
