UK General Manager Based at UK Job Posted on 24/06/2013 Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the EVP Europe & North Africa

Main purpose of role Operational Contribute to the development of the operational strategy as part of the overall business strategy. Ensure flawless Service Delivery meeting and exceeding customer expectations in all business segments Continuously drive down cost of execution and improve productivity Commercial Meet or exceed the commercial income responsibilities. Build and maintain business relationships with assigned customers (internal / external) Be a source of market intelligence and leads for Commercial Key Responsibilities Operational Deliver productivity targets and cost rationalization. Ensure overheads are correctly authorized and maintain Authority Manual; at local level Manage vendors and suppliers Smooth migration of functions to central facilities e.g. ROC and D/A Centres High quality and timely issuance of invoices and collection. Operational execution is in accordance corporate policies and procedures Agree and action disciplinary procedures, regional HR to support process Manage appointment and relationship of Sub Agent within your territory, ROMs to provide support as and when deemed necessary Analyze key reports and provide feedback as per regional EVPs specifications Commercial Pursue and win local commercial opportunities Participate in the process of selling the location to clients around the world in close collaboration with other offices and under guidance of Commercial Provide information and leads to Commercial to support additional wins, improved pricing and product development Price local customer business within authority limits and policies issued by Commercial Execute commercial processes as defined by Commercial

General Ensure that the published or distributed policies, procedures and management information requirements are understood, cascaded and implemented. Ensure HSSE and compliance responsibilities are understood and executed Build, develop, motivate and empower the team (s). Share best practice Support or participate in global projects as required
