integrate the automatic allocation and task scheduling to it. The database containing the information about the project, tasks, resource is designed. The tasks may be concurrent and requires many skills. Many employees can have many skills and may be available at different time. The allocation must be able to compromise this. Two scheduling schemes such as ASAP and ALAP are implemented in the tool. The paper An Investigation of Moisture Performance of Sawdust and Banana Peels Ply board as Non-Veneer Panel aimed to measure the moisture performance of sawdust and banana peels ply board as non-veneer panel for construction projects. The goal was to measure the vapor permeability values of sawdust and banana peels ply board, compare the results with those done for oriented strand board and to investigate the efficiency of structures through these panel products. The research has shown that structures made of different materials have different drying efficiencies under high relative humidity conditions that are representative of their application as non-veneer panel in cold climates. In the paper Dynamic Pricing Trading Market for Resources Sharing in IIU Federated Cloud, Internet Innovation Union (IIU) is a union composed of universities and scientific research institutions aim to realize resource sharing. The composition and usage characteristics of the shared resources in IIU were analyzed. By introducing market mechanism in resources sharing process, the dynamic pricing strategy for resources sharing was studied and a trading market comprises of federation members and market agent was proposed. The market agent adjusts the profit rate of resources dynamically according to the statistical data of the supply-demand relationship, thus to achieve dynamic change of resource prices along with the supply-demand relationship. The market is easy to implement in IIU federated cloud, and the experimental results indicated that it can further open sharing of resources and improve resource utilization. The paper Security and Privacy in m-Learning and Beyond: Challenges and State-of-theart discusses the mobile learning which is constantly evolving, following the shift of mobile technologies from laptops to handheld devices and smartphones. Indeed, the opportunities for innovation in this area are numerous and constantly under the focus of all the parties involved, ranging from traditional schools and universities to individual learners. However, mobile technology brings along increased threats to system and data security and privacy, given the fact that learners and educators are mobile, and in most cases, permitted to use their own mobile devices to access resources and services. After identifying the challenges, this paper provides a comprehensive review and classification of the state-of-the-art research on security and privacy in the m-learning realm and beyond.
