From my childhood I always think of one important matter and that is also strongly affecting current world. Diversity, one of the most discussing subjects of the world, is now affecting our day to day lives. As a local resident of Narayanganj main city I saw many people who came from different places and made their home beside our permanent place. Many of our local people then called them (the new comers) foreigner, bideshi, vindeshi, and so many words for them to hit their heart. I always think that, we are the people who are from same world (duniya). So, why are we fighting for a silly matter and thinking one is over another and other is under from mine? When I entered into a city high school after completing my primary level of education in our local area then I had met with various types of students there who came from different regions. Diversity again came in front of me as a studentship. As I said before, I have the tendency to receive diversity positively, so I did it again in high school. In the university life at the preliminary stage of my undergraduate program I read a book on Diversity and Citizenship just after one month of publication of that book by Srabon Prokashoni at December, 2005. In the book I found that All human have certain rights. They possess these by virtue of being human. I realized that in the matter of citizenship these two lines are very true but in the matter of studentship, there are some contradictions. If some of the students of a class is decided to do one thing and if the thing is not harmful to others then all students should support it. This is called studentship and friendship raises here. Anyway, at the early time of my undergraduate program I had faced so many troubles with my fellow students several times specially in any university program because of variety of minds of pupils. Then I tried to understand that it was just a result of diversity and one day it would be okay. Actually it was fixed when we had reached at the final year of our undergraduate program. At that time, I found one interesting matter that we were very united and our thoughts became similar about thinking and doing something. If any function or program came to us then all of us just jumped for that. Then I got full of satisfaction thinking that we have grown much and thats why diversity doesnt matter to us.
