MY message was let us change ourselves first and when we get changed we will inspire others to change. Preachers including myself are guilty of trying to change a congregation or a city, but we can accomplish this only by starting within ourselves. Preachers let us set the example You are the Light of the World for others to follow. Also Please start making plans I am looking forward to now to attend. the prosperity of a church be increased or even maintained. We know that healthy church growth does not occur without Gods blessing, yet how easy it is to talk about church growth ideas, methods, goals, and strategies, while missing this most significant component of church growth: prayer! Heres the reality: churches grow effectivelythat is, by reaching and discipling lost personsonly by Gods power. That power is available to us through prayer. Until we are willing to admit that our churches cannot make a dent in a lost world without Gods power, we will not pray enough. Most people do not enjoy prayer. Knowing the necessity and value of prayer isnt necessarily enough to make it a pleasant task. But you CAN experience more of Gods grace and love. Forget all of your religious traditions and formal prayers and just start talking to Jesus as if He were sitting right in front of you, because He is! It wont be long until you are lost in His presence. May I suggest something I have found valuable? Make a commitment to read through the four Gospels and the book of Acts three times in thirty days. As you read, concentrate on the words in red. Make it your intention to Read the Red and Pray for the Power. And when you read; read it slowly, read every word and read it as if you are seeing it for the first time. Then pray like you have never prayed before. Your life and your Church will never be the same.

Seven Apostolic Principles for Growth Prayer
Prayer must be made a structured priority. Preservice prayer, Morning Prayer at the Church or home, monthly all night prayer, prayer chains, prayer teams, anything you can think of that fits the makeup of your Church or group, use it to the Glory of God. Quiet time and fellowship with God are the most important part of each day. Prayer is the beginning and the end of Gods intervention in the human experience. The famous English pastor Charles Spurgeon once wrote words that still demand our attention today: Do not restrain prayer. . . .For only through prayer cany

We desire not only to see believers live victoriously, but to help them become rooted and grounded enough in Gods Word to reach out and teach others these same principles

Healing
Most people want to wait until they "feel" anointed before they try to minister to someone. Some have even been taught that they MUST wait until they feel anointed to minister. NO WHERE are Christians told to wait to minister to anyone. As a matter of fact, we are told to preach the word in season and out. The original greek of that verse says, "when opportunity presents itself and when it doesn't". That means that it is always the right time to minister the Word. The Bible says that the Gospel IS the power of God unto salvation.... If the Good News is the power of God and we are to preach the Good News, then it must always be the right time to minister to anyone. Many try to feel something, that they assume would be the anointing. We are not told to wait for an anointing. The early disciples were told to wait until they had received power from on high or more specifically, they were told to wait for the promise of the Father, which happens to be the same thing. They had to wait until the Day of Pentecost for the Holy Spirit to be released. Nowhere after that day are they told to wait. As a matter of fact they began to minister immediately after receiving the Holy Spirit. You can too! What are you waiting for? Most people are waiting for a phone call from God, when Hes already sent them a letter!!
