MESSAGE
It is a great pleasure to be amidst an august gathering to deliver the Convocation address on the occasion of the 6th Convocation of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. I would like to welcome our Chief Guest Mr. Paras Kuhad. In 2012, he was appointed as Additional Solicitor General Government of India. He is also the founder of Paras Kuhad & Associates law firm in 1989. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Paras Kuhad for his esteemed presence here today. I would like to express my thanks to the other dignitaries on the dice, faculty & staff, esteemed guest & invitees, parents, the press and media and my dear young graduates for your presence on this occasion. My heartiest congratulations to all the graduating students for their success here their journeys towards other milestones in their career. It is an event which is very sacrosanct and solemn. The day becomes more solemn when it is an institute like the Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur where students surely have stronger emotional bonds with the institute because the institute provides them a holistic experience, transcending beyond degrees and education. I would specially like to remind my graduating students of the concepts related to social responsibility and sustainability. It is almost a reality that deceit and its many forms keep hitting us in the face. It may be the involvement of a single person or a nexus of people. It has thus become imperative to understand the connection between business, society and environment. We need managers who embed environmental, social, and governance concerns into their strategic thinking and daily operations. We require talented and ethical leaders who can not only advance organizational goals and fulfill legal and fiduciary obligations to shareholders, but who are also prepared to deal with the broader impact and potential of business as a positive force in society. The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionable integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is in a social group, a football field, in an army, or in an office. It is undeniably a greater compliment to be trusted than loved. To many people, integrity basically means honesty. While integrity includes honesty, its much more. Its the state of being whole and undivided. Its walking your talk. Its being congruent with words and deeds. Its having the courage to act in accordance with your values and beliefs. "It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO," he said. "I have decided to choose one of you." The young executives were shocked, but the boss continued. "I am going to give each one of you a seed today - a very special seed. I want you to plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from the seed I have given you. I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next CEO." One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted the seed. Every day, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow. Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a failure. Six months went by - still nothing in Jim's pot. He knew he had killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues. However, he just kept watering and fertilizing the soil - he so wanted the seed to grow. A year finally went by and all the young executives of the company brought their plants to the CEO for inspection. Jim took his empty pot and felt sick at his stomach. It was going to be the most embarrassing moment of his life, but he knew he was right. He took his empty pot to the board room. When Jim arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful--in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many of his colleagues laughed. A few felt sorry for him! When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his young executives. Jim just tried to hide in the back. "My, what great plants, trees, and flowers you have grown," said the CEO. "Today one of you will be appointed the next CEO!" All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered the financial director to bring him to the front. Jim was terrified. He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me fired!" When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happened to his seed. Jim told him the story. The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, and then announced to the young executives, "Here is your next Chief Executive! His name is Jim!" Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed. How could he be the new CEO the others said? Then the CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone in this room a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me

today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead - it was not possible for them to grow. All of you, except Jim, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. "When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new Chief Executive!" Just as in the anecdote, we too need corporations and managers who adhere to the triumvirate of Indian values:

Finally, I would like to remind all of you that, you are among a few fortunate people who had access to a wonderful educational experience. This experience will reward you throughout your life. You are already awakened to the realities of intense competition and acquired the necessary tools to take advantage of competitive environment. While you may use these devices to create wealth and welfare for you and for the organizations you work for or you created, please remember that you are bound by duty to strive for the welfare of our society, for reducing inequality and empowering those who are disadvantaged. Do not forget that the noble values of caring, sharing, service and sacrifice has kept our society away from dangers of extinction and made it energetic at all times. As inheritors of a society which mushroomed great values for life and a deep concern for human development, you should intensely pursue for further deepening and broadening your knowledge, learning to experience the power of collective team work, and always be guided by higher values that you believe in. In every journey that you undertake may God grant you wisdom, success and a true sense of achievement! I wish you all good luck and god speed!

SATYAM - (Truth), which is the ethical component of business SHIVAM - (Welfare), which should be the economic objective of business SUNDARAM - (Beauty), which should be aesthetical outlook for business: aesthetics here does not imply physical beauty but purity of ideas, morality in behavior. In the ultimate analysis what matters is whether truth prevails in the end and it has happened.
My firm belief is that any meaningful and lasting change in the conduct of corporations towards societal responsibility and sustainability must involve the institutions that most directly act as drivers of business behavior, especially academia.

THANK YOU AND JAI HIND!

DIRECTOR GENERALS

MESSAGE
Dr. Pankaj Gupta
The convocation ceremony is a great opportunity for us to appreciate and acknowledge wonderful work done by faculty, students & staff of Jaipur Campus under the dynamic leadership of Director Dr. Prabhat K. Pankaj and under the inspiring mentorship of Sharad Ji, Anjali Ji and Shreevats Ji. While we feel proud on our achievements, our goal is to consistently raise the bar on teaching learning outcomes, constant up gradation of the curriculum to keep it relevant with the emerging requirements of the business world, greater integration of technology to take learning beyond classroom & campus, higher & deeper engagement of students and faculty members and making a big difference for the society as well. I would advise you to choose your career based on your natural Ruchi Yogyata and Vishwas. Follow excellence and perform your duties with total dedication and passionate ownership and everything else will follow. Believe in your dreams, success & success alone and dont entertain any thought of failure. Lifes biggest battles dont always go to faster or stronger man, but the man who thinks he can. If you are sure about your success & dreams, it is definitely going to manifest, as per the Universal Law of Attraction and Belief. The clarity of your vision will decide how far you can go in your career. Your passion will determine the strides you will make and your world view will determine the route you may take to get to your destination. You will have to carve out your own chartered path to glory and you must create your own mandate for growth. Toughen up your body and soul, fuel your passion to excel and be prepared to walk through the stony path. The world is changing very fast and new growth opportunities and challenges are emerging across the world. As you are graduating this day you are already equipped with the success formulae and the technical knowledge among others. However, your endeavour should be to keep learning always and give your best and make a difference in whatever field and whichever organization you are working. Only by contributing the best in your current job, next level of growth will be possible. According to Bhagwat Gita, Luck is a combination of opportunity and preparation. So you are already prepared now and opportunity has come your way, but it should be your endeavour to do your best and

Director General, Jaipuria Institute of Management

keep adding new knowledge and new skills; and in this way you will always be successful. But success does not mean only material success. Success also means how much inner success you are able to get, so for that matter you also need to tone up your life skills and practice meditation, silence, contemplation, reflection etc. You need to continuously build on your KASH balance everyday Knowledge, Attitude, Skills and Habits. So if youre going to be richer by that, it is going to make a big difference in your life. And also keep reflecting everyday - write your own reflecting notes from the learnings of life, what youre getting everyday how the whole day went about, could you have done certain things in a different way and to always have a lifelong learning attitude. This habit will always help you in going ahead in your chosen field of endeavour. Invest yourself in these 5 areas on a daily basis SPICE - Spiritual + Physical + Intellectual + Community + Emotional. Also, find time to relax, smile, do some random act of kindness, and above all be grateful for what you have got; always feel grateful to your parents, gurus, your company, your bosses, your peers, your colleagues. So this feeling of gratefulness will get more and more bliss and happiness in your life. Happiness doesnt mean getting everything for your own self, but also in giving, which will make sure that you will get lot and lot of happiness in life. Finally, when you are working in an organization, work in a true spirit of being a professional. I wish to quote Mr. Subroto Bagchi who has mentioned in his book The Professional. He says Professional is somebody who work unsupervised, who is proactive and he /she is the one who declares completion of any task as per his / her own standard. I wish you all the very best in your professional endeavours.

May God Bless You Always! Jai Hind!

CHIEF GUESTS

MESSAGE
Mr. Paras Kuhad
Additional Solicitor General, Govt. of India
Chairman and Members of the Board of Governors, Director of the Institute, Distinguished faculty, Graduating students, proud parents, ladies and gentlemen; I deem it a great pleasure and honor to address this 6th Convocation of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. I am thankful to the management of this college for inviting me on this coveted occasion. This institute has distinguished itself as a pre-eminent institution for management study. It is your hard work, devotion to quality, dedication of your faculty and staff and the vision of your management, which is responsible for this notable achievement. To begin with I would like to offer my warm congratulations to the stars of convocation which of course, are the graduating students with a special mention and commendation to those who have received awards and medals. I would also like to congratulate all the parents and teachers who served as role models in the success of their children and students respectively. Convocation is a very special and eagerly awaited occasion for the students, for on this day they don the academic gowns and walk up the dais with pride and joy. It is also the day when after the closing of one door, countless others open. You have become skilled, and the gift of quality higher education is resting on your shoulders. I am positive that you all can manage this great souvenir of progress to build an extraordinary future for yourselves as well as this country. Today marks an important day in your lives and a momentous landmark in the journey of your life. You entered this institution after facing intense competition and you practiced your academic work with unflinching perseverance. By your hard work and by dedication to maintain high standards, you have earned your degrees and awards. It is a moment of pride for you as much as it is for your teachers, parents and those who had any part in shaping your life so far. You can recall that your mission for higher learning began here with great passion. It shall not be the end of that but the beginning of meeting uncertainties and challenges that life shall throw at you with confidence and dealing with successes and failures with a positive attitude. Learning is a continuous process. We should crave for learning with application of our knowledge to raise the social levels of the down trodden and in the betterment of society. Sales guru Zig Ziglar said that The foundation stones for a

ethical principles in all walks of life. All individuals with integrity live that trait with their co-workers, relationships, customers, stakeholders or rather with every person that they come across. Honor and truthfulness are basic aspects that govern a person with integrity. Some of those words may be high-sounding and I have also heard people say that these are easily expressed in speeches but difficult to follow in the real-world especially in business. There have been instances where it has been said that business and ethics cannot be said in the same tone as they are way too different in their aspirational values. But, integrity is the biggest necessity for your holistic growth, for your continuous and everlasting success, for your cheer and happiness and for your emotional and spiritual fulfillment. And all the other things that Zig Ziglar mentioned like honesty, character, faith, love and loyalty - can be comfortably concealed within of this wonderful word called integrity. In big ways and small ways, in visible or invisible situations, we have the opportunity to demonstrate our integrity - or lack of it - every day. The great basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar said I try to do the right thing at the right time. They may just be little things, but usually they make the difference between winning and losing. Remember, integrity may not play out in the bigger things that you may do. It is in the small elements of your life that it comes through vividly and clearly. If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals. This is a statement from the book Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by JK Rowling. Is it not the absolute truth? We have all heard the words respect your elders; I would go on to say respect everyone; every individual is worthy of respect. Remember to enjoy the little things, for one day we may look back and realize those were really the big things. I believe life is in the details. Ongoing small gestures can mean so much more than one grand display of love. Simple pleasures throughout the day can be far more gratifying than that one amazing weekend. When you connect the dots between all these little joys, life seems fuller and more satisfying. A wonderful example of this is in the brilliant invention called Band Aid. Malcolm Gladwell in his Tipping Point says that the Band-Aid is an inexpensive, convenient, and remarkably versatile solution to an astonishing array of problems. In their history, Band-Aids have probably allowed millions of people to keep working or playing tennis

balanced success are honesty, character, integrity, faith, love and loyalty. What is integrity? It is the quality of being honest
and it is the attribute of a person who demonstrates sound moral and

or cooking or walking when they would otherwise have had to stop. The Band-Aid solution is actually the best kind of solution because it involves solving a problem with the minimum amount of effort and time and cost. He also goes on to add in the same book that we make friends with people with whom we do the small things with. We associate with the people who occupy the same small, physical spaces that we do. And if we look around us and the friends that we have are the ones were the camaraderie is because of the simple activities, the small deeds, the miniscule actions that we share and love to enact within the little world that we have that we call as ours. I want to reiterate the importance of integrity in smaller aspects and I would like to share a few anecdotes for all of you to consider. You may have heard these before but for me each and every time I listen to them it gives me a great feeling to look back at the reality of little things and their enormous significance. There was a man taking a morning walk at the beach. He saw that along with the morning tide came hundreds of starfish and when the tide receded, they were left behind and with the morning sun rays, they would die. The tide was fresh and the starfish were alive. The man took a few steps, picked one and threw it into the water. He did that repeatedly. Right behind him there was another person who couldn't understand what this man was doing. He caught up with him and asked, "What are you doing? There are hundreds of starfish. How many can you help? What difference does it make?" This man did not reply, took two more steps, picked up another one, threw it into the water, and said, "It makes a difference to this one." What difference are we making? Big or small, it does not matter. If everyone made a small difference, we'd end up with a big difference, wouldn't we?

The nobleman asked if the farmer had a son to which the farmer replied he did. Subsequently, the nobleman insisted he provide the farmers son an education on par with that he would provide his own son. Upon leaving the farmers house, the nobleman told the farmer, if the lad is anything like his father, hell no doubt grow to be a man we both will be proud of. The noblemans prediction concerning the farmers son proved to be prophetic. True to the noblemans word, the farmers son attended the best schools in the world and eventually graduated from St. Marys Hospital Medical School in London. More importantly, he went on to become known throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin. Years afterward, the same noblemans son who was saved from the stream was stricken with pneumonia. What saved his life this time? Penicillin! The name of the nobleman! Lord Randolph Churchill! His sons name! Sir Winston Churchill.

Small things do make a big difference!

The greatest gifts don't fit in a box. They slip into the heart without ribbons or bows, and make a home there. Small thoughts and deeds are larger than any of us, more powerful; they move mountains, fueled by what is best in us. Anyone can give. Charity is not barred by age or size or talent. It takes only one small action to incrementally change the world. It is best to begin together, begin now and to begin small I wish that all of you turn out to be integrated individuals, laden with values and a sense of responsibility towards the institute, nation and society as a whole. May you have a fulfilling personal and professional life ahead!

Another story
One day in the countryside of Scotland, a poor farmer was toiling in his field when suddenly he heard a cry for help. Startled, he recognized someone was in trouble and the plea was coming from a nearby stream. Immediately he dropped what he was doing and ran to the source of the plea. When he located the voice calling for help, he stumbled upon a terrified boy up to his waist in water, screaming and sinking deeper and deeper into the stream as each minute passed. The farmer calmly retrieved ropes from nearby, pulled the boy out of the stream and saved his life. The next day, an elegantly dressed nobleman arrived at the farmers small and simple home. When the nobleman stepped out of his carriage, he introduced himself as the father of the boy the farmer had saved. Emotionally, the nobleman thanked the farmer and asked to repay the farmer for saving his sons life. The farmer waved off the offer and informed the nobleman he could not accept payment for doing what was right.

Jai Hind!

VICE CHAIRMANS

MESSAGE
Shri Shreevats Jaipuria
Vice Chairman, Jaipuria Institute of Management
Dear Students
Congratulations on this momentous occasion of your graduating. Whatever Jaipuria Jaipur is today is because of you. Through your two year stay here, you have tremendous energy and a willingness to participate and learn. Of course, there have been ups and downs, but these are part of any meaningful journey in life. Through this journey, you have created many things that are unique and have become an integral part of Jaipuria today. You bid farewell today not to Jaipuria, for you will always be a part of Jaipuria and Jaipuria will always be a part of you. But for the time being, you will bid farewell to these academic galleries, the exams, the quizzes and the lectures. You will enter the workplace, and be faced with new challenges and new opportunities. I am sure you will keep up the energy and enthusiasm that you have shown here.

As you enter your workplaces, you must take the same level of ownership as you took here at Jaipuria. You must feel for the business and company as if it is yours, or an extension of your personality. Go the extra mile, pursue that one lead that your boss told you to give up on, but you still have a glimmer of hope. Ask the extra question in meetings when your peers are dozing off. Put in the extra hours. Come into work before time, and leave after, even when no one is looking. Remember that Decisions are made by those who show up. I wish you all the best for the future.

DIRECTORS MESSAGE AND REPORT

Dr. Prabhat Pankaj
Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur
I feel proud today while presenting an account of the activities undertaken and performed at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur during last one year, i.e. 2012-13. I must say that it has been a glorious year in terms of number as well as quality of events & programmes for Jaipuria-Jaipur. Seen in a perspective, it has been a year of holistic development. A right mix of activities chosen carefully, designed meticulously, and executed efficiently laid the foundation upon which we have opportunity to build a sustainable future. Literally speaking, sustainability has been the keyword around which 2012-13 revolved. The international conference on Sustainable Business brought together a galaxy of scholars and practitioners together in this sprawling campus wherein an extensive discussion was undertaken to work towards business sustainability. This was added further by two national conferences, one on media and communication and the other on women empowerment for socioeconomic development. These two conferences touched upon finer details of social realities our society is interfacing with. These conferences brought forth the idea that sustainability is not just an economic or environmental concept rather it remains incomplete without understanding the social dimensions. It is in this backdrop, we also tried in our own humble way to connect with society through our neighbourhood welfare initiatives. Our students, staff, and faculty focused on a gram panchayat Dantli and undertook career counselling workshop. Our parivartan programme was designed to sensitize future business leader with social responsibility. I feel proud in informing you all that Jaipuria Jaipurs social initiatives have been acknowledged profusely in media and other circles and we were awarded first prize in social community engagement for the Community Leadership Award. Social outreach is important; however, inside the fore walls of the campus there is also a society which is more like a family. It is equally important that we build upon strengthening our inner ties. Ties that bind staff, faculty, students, and line-support in the thread of togetherness. Believe me; in a passionate urge to connect with the larger society, Jaipuria Jaipur never overlooked inner social imperatives. We celebrated all major festivals, including inter-college dandiyadhoom, picnic at chaukidhani, Republic Day and Independence Day; not to forget celebrating birthday of faculty and staff. At Jaipuria Jaipur, we believe that sustainability goes even further beyond economic, environmental, and social facets. Without spiritual sustainability even a good effort is unlikely to bear fruits. Emanating from the thought of spiritual well-being, we started sadbhav centre and discussed the role of spirituality in life and specifically in students life. Shri Dharmesh Sharma of BigGyan told us to be mentally and spiritually balanced and also how to achieve this balance. The year 2012-13 has been a year of new initiatives as well. We began with a thought leadership programme wherein the idea is to invite thought leaders and benefit from them. In this series, the first thought leader invited was Dr. Anil K Khandelwal, former CMD of Bank of Baroda. You must be wondering as to what have we done as a Business school towards business-as-usual, rather the facets I have mentioned so far have largely been termed as business un-usual. Here I would like to emphasize that Jaipuria is one of those early starters who believe that holistic development of individual is not possible without holistic engagement agenda for the institution. Jaipur is no exception, but just a link to this broad ideation. Therefore, our idea of social and spiritual engagement is very much a part of business-as-usual. Ours is a student-centric and faculty driven institution. For our students, a lot of learning takes place outside the classroom. One way to achieve it is through industry visits. Our students made planned visits to several industries, such as Kagzi industry, Zydus Wellness, Bosch Limited, Shoppers Stop, Morarka Organic, Parle to name a few. Yet another way for our students to get connected with industry is through guest sessions by the corporates. I am happy to inform you that our students had 18 such interactions in the orientation programme itself, while more than 40 interactions happened over a period of time. This means altogether about 60 such interactions were organized for them. Entrepreneurship remained to be a high point for our campus, wherein E-leader workshop was arranged along with several associated events. I am also happy to inform you that our students started 3 campus ventures with our support which is running quite well.

Sixth Annual Convocation

Sports provide essential physical rejuvenation and sense of being part of a group and in this regard we did a commendable job of organizing national sports meet with huge fanfare and precision. For us faculty is the supreme resource in shaping the future of our students. We focus a lot on nurturing and developing faculty-student relationship through a systematic mentoring process. However, a constant up gradation of skills and knowledge for faculty is essential bottom-line in delivering quality education. There were several workshops organized for faculty development, which includes enhancing teaching experience, case writing, academic paper writing, research methodology etc. Our faculty also published a good number of papers in research journals. There were 15 papers published in journal apart from one edited book. You will be happy to know that our library staff also published paper in academic journals. Our faculty conducted MDPs and workshops for outside participants on subjects such as customer relations management for bank POs, skill enhancement for sales professionals, forex management, cloud computing, SPSS for research etc. Faculty seminar series has been a regular feature ensuring faculty brainstorming among themselves and also with accomplished experts from outside. Major events such as abhyudaya and aagman were celebrated with much fanfare and zest. Abhyudaya is our annual student fest while in aagman we connect with our alumni and bring them together for greater engagement. The external ranking of B-school is one yardstick on which quality is measured. We are ranked 43rd out of 54 B-schools by GHRDC survey, awarded A3 rating by Indian Management, and among top 50 institutions in India by Business Today. We also got registered for national vocational programme of AICTE and got approval for services programme. The Association of Indian Universities visited our campus and undertaken academic auditing and their MBA equivalence certification to our PGDM programme is underway. All said and done, there is always an extra mile to cross and a lot remains to be done for us. We are all committed to the goal of excellence and our commitment will remain high for the times to come. I would assure you that all our endeavours are going to be the means in our effort to achieve the goal of transforming our students into a holistic human being as a professional with high sense of caring for family, society and environment. Finally I would like to address to our graduating students and share some wisdom which has worked wonders whenever and wherever. Just two thoughts for you dear graduating students:

One: Face trouble, dont flinch. Never try to dismiss a problem or shy away from it. It is never the best way to solve the problem. The most difficult of problems deserve your most attention and time. This is the only way to solve it. But remember, hammer forges steel but shatters glass. So just what trouble does to you depends upon what is there in you. The tests of life are to make, not to break us. Whatever you fear most has no power. It is your fear that has the power. This is what Michael Jordan said:
If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it. Indeed the big secret of life is that there is no big secret. Whatever is your goal, you can get there, if you are willing to work. Without passion you have no energy, and without energy you have nothing.

Two: Keep the child alive in you. It is said that the Zen is to have the heart and soul of a little child. See when children play nothing else matter. Such play reduces stress, improves communication skills, and builds team work. Like children try to be your own best friend. Give yourself positive recognition. When you do something you are proud of, bask in the glow; tell yourself that you did well, even if no one else does. Another habit we can embrace in us is kids perennial tendency of learning something new. We learn for the pay-offs. Kids learn for the sheer pleasure of it. They are learning machine. As adults, we need to recapture the sense of joy we had as children. Lastly, be as simple as a child. One of the Bengali songs suggests-unless a man is simple, he can not recognize God, the simple one. Brihad Aranyaka Upanishad mentionsLet the Brahman reject erudition and live as a child. Ayn Rand writes:
A creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others. These precepts are based on my own experience of life and I thought I must share with you at this point of time. Dear graduating students, I wish you good luck in your life and career. Go outget the bestmake your parents proudbe our brand ambassador!!

Thanks and Jai Hind!

Firstly, it was the infrastructure which took me to the door of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur and I took the admission here, before this I had no idea what the system is going to deliver me, how the faculty would be and definitely I did not know about the crowd. After getting into the Campus I realized that the Faculty are familial and co-operative that I never felt I was in college, extra- curricular activities changed my total personality, I become a confident individual, I became polished. What I was and what I am today - a drastic change in my personality which was possible just because of the Jaipuria Institute of Management. The best part - people often say that after your School life you will never get true and real friends, I proved them wrong, I got the best buddies here and together we form PRAN. (Prakash. Rajiv, Ashish & Naina)

Its been a year in Jaipuria Jaipur and I shall say that this place has replaced my actual home. May it be studying throughout the day, organizing events, representing the institute at various levels, spending time with friends, late night hostel life or any other activity within or apart from the schedule, this place has changed me positively. I now feel more confident, enthusiastic and focused. Every individual of this organization seems committed, loyal and devoted to their respective duty which reflects a sense of ownership. All these create an environment for growth and motivate every student to give his fullest.
