Graduation is the required qualification for becoming an IPS Officer. The selection is on merit and you have to perform very well in the examination. So if you are not a Graduate then take admission into Graduation and start your preparation along with it. After completion of Graduation you can apply for Civil Services examination which is conducted by UPSC.
