Implemented technology through teaching, using Macintosh Apple computer programs such as Pages, Keynote, Garage Band, and Photo Booth. Prepared lessons based on a variety of subject areas and recommendations from each of their teachers. Maintained a safe learning environment, in which each student could properly conduct their learning together or separate from one another.

Applied therapeutic listening strategies. Co-created thematic unit on Greek Mythology, where students participated in ancient Greek rituals and Olympic traditions.

INTERESTS, OTHER SKILLS, AND HOBBIES


I am an outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy running, hiking, gardening, and biking. I love soccer and have played for twenty-five years. Each spring, I play on an indoor ladies soccer team. In the winter, I make beaded silver jewelry and sell them at craft shows. My husband and I have two wonderful dogs we like to walk and spoil. I enjoy spending my free time with family, friends, or a good book!
