Suitable for any size practice, Corporate Compliance generates, downloads and tracks annual statements
and all major ASIC forms, share certificates, standard meeting minutes and management reports. It
also provides a highly efficient and cost-effective way to maintain statutory registers.

When you change information, the software produces the documentation required by ASIC. It
cross-references a wealth of information about corporations, shareholdings and individuals — so
keeping track of relationships is easy.

Corporate Compliance is fully compliant with ASIC. MYOB works closely with the EDGE programme,
and as ASIC makes changes, Corporate Compliance is updated in line.

Corporate Compliance allows you to manage tasks and workflows easily. The software tracks the
status and flow of documents between corporations and ASIC. Compliance and record keeping

Electronic lodgment
Corporate Compliance is registered for the electronic lodgment of forms under ASIC’s Electronic
Lodgment (EDGE) programme. You can electronically lodge Annual Returns and other ASIC
forms, so there’s no more waiting at ASIC’s office and you get immediate validation and lodgment
proof.

Corporate Compliance streamlines ASIC data maintenance and form processing, and provides
the ability to:
• View forms that are ready for lodgment
• Lodge only selected forms
• Sort and track forms

Corporate Compliance provides a simple and easy process for viewing forms and tracking the status of forms and
lodgments, including the Company statement (form 480).

Report on the relevant facts

You can generate reports and view information in a variety of ways, making the analysis of often
complex relationships far easier and faster. For added flexibility forms, minutes and reports can be
printed in Adobe® PDF, Microsoft Word and other common formats.

Reports include:
• Summary and detailed reports of corporations, their shareholders and their officeholders
• Reports of people, their positions held and their shareholdings
