I/We, the aforesaid Mr./ Mrs. ___________________________________, do hereby solemnly declare and firm as under :

1. That Mr./Mrs. __________________________________________________________ had booked a Plot/Flat/shop No. ____________ in the Project (hereinafter referred to as the original allottee), of M/s Parsvnath Developers Ltd. having its Corporate office at 6th Floor, Arunachal Building, 19 - Barakhmaba Road, New Delhi-110 001, hereinafter referred to as, (Company) and had executed the Plot/Flat/Shop Buyer Agreement dated _________________ (the said Agreement). 2. That I/we, the aforesaid deponent(s), have approached the Company with a request to substitute my/our name(s) as the buyer in its record in respect of the said Plot/Flat/Shop booked by the original allottee, as a nominee of the original allottee.

3. That the original allottee(s) has/have paid Rs. _________________________ (Rupees ______________________________________________________________ only) to the company towards the basic price of the Plot/Flat/Shop and the balance of the basic price and other charges remaining to be paid by me/us in terms of the said Agreement. 4. That in consideration of the Company having agreed to transfer the said booking in my/our favour, I/We hereby undertake that in case of any dispute/claim arising out of this transfer the same shall be settled by me/us with the original allottee at my/our own cost. In case the Company suffers any loss on account of this transfer the same shall be reimbursed by me/us to the Company along with costs. 5. That I/we shall not be entitled to receive any penalty / compensation in case of delay, if any, in the construction/ offer of physical possession of the said Plot/Flat/Shop to me in terms of the said Agreement for the period of delay, if any, prior to the date of endorsement of the said Agreement in my/our favour. I/we shall be entitled to receive such penalty/ compensation for the period of delay, if any, caused after the date of endorsement of the said Agreement in my/our favour. 6. That I/we agree to keep the Company indemnified at all times from and against all claims/demands/actions/suits and/or proceedings that might be raised by any person, body or authority claiming any interest in respect of the said Plot/Flat/Shop against all loss or damages that might be caused and cost, charge and/or expenses that may be suffered or incurred by the Company as regard the said Plot/Flat/Shop.

Deponent Verification I, the above named Deponent do hereby affirm and declare that contents of para no. 1 to 6 of the above affidavit are true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and nothing material has been concealed thereform.
