General instructions

Per la vostra sicurezza!

Mettere in sicurezza la parte di impianto su cui si deve operare. Le operazioni di seguito descritte devono essere effettuate da personale con una adeguata conoscenza dellapparecchiatura e dellimpianto. Verificare che durante le fasi di installazione vengano rispettate le prescrizioni normative e di legge, in accordo con le regole della buona tecnica e di sicurezza sul lavoro. Osservare scrupolosamente le informazioni riportate nelle istruzioni. Prestare particolare attenzione alle note indicate nel manuale dal seguente simbolo:

Make sure that the standard and legal prescriptions are complied with during the installation stages, according to the rules of good working practice and safety in the work place. Montare sganciatore nella posizione contrassegnata sul castello di supporto (Y0) (YU) (YC). Il posizionamento obbligato dalle apposite bugne (1). Fissare come nella figura seguente. Mount shunt release as in position marked on support (Y0) (YU) (YC). The positioning is obliged by special ashlar (1). Fix as in following figure.

Montare viti relative allo sganciatore come in pos. (2) Mount relative shunt screws as in pos. (2).

Nel caso dello sganciatore istantaneo M01 accompagnato dal relativo micro di segnalazione (3) montare lo stesso come visualizzato in figura e fissare con viti (4). In case of M01 instantaneus shunt with relative signalling micro switch (3) mount micro as in figure and fix with screws (4).

Innestare supporto sgangiatori nella spina (5) come nella figura sovrastante Insert shunt support in the plug (5) as in impending figure.

Montare vite in pos. (6) e connettere faston con lausilio dello schema elettrico. Mount screw in pos. (6) and connect faston according to electric diagram.

E Verifiche funzionali prima della messa in servizio dellinterruttore

Operare come segue. 1) Alimentare gli ausiliari e verificare che il magnete di blocco e sganciatore di minima tensione siano eccitati. 2) Effettuare alcune manovre di apertura e chiusura, verificando il corretto funzionamento dei sganciatori di apertura e chiusura. 3) Verificare funzionalit segnalazione elettrica molle comando. 4) Verificare funzionalit micro-interruttore di fine corsa motore. 5) Verificare funzionalit contatto di passaggio con chiusura momentanea, durante lapertura dellinterruttore.

Operating checks before putting the circuit-breaker into service

Proceed as follows. 1) Supply the auxiliaries and check that the locking magnet and undervoltage release are energised. 2) Carry out a few opening and closing operations, checking correct operation of the shunt opening and closing releases. 3) Check operation of the electrical signalling of the operating mechanism springs. 4) Check operation of the motor limit microswitch. 5) Check operation of the transient contact with momentary closing during circuit-breaker opening.
