If you will be staying with a friend or family member once you arrive in the UK, we will require a letter from the
person you will be staying with upon your arrival in the United Kingdom, confirming the address where you will be
staying. In support of this letter we will also require a copy of the individual’s Land Registry certificate or original
mortgage statement (if person is owner of property) or the original tenancy agreement (if he/she rents the
property). If you provide copies of any of the afore-mentioned documents, you should also include a recent original
utility bill (eg council tax, water rates, etc).

Should the tenancy agreement of the person with whom you will be staying include a clause stating that the tenant
is not allowed to sublet, part with possession, assign, receive paying guests or let anyone else live at the property,
the individual must obtain a letter from his/her landlord or agent, confirming that the landlord or agent is aware that
non-tenants will be living at the premises.

If you will be staying at a Bed & Breakfast or a Hotel, we will require confirmation that you have made a booking,
and, if possible, confirmation of any payments made.
